That’s what I’m been wondering. The president should ignore the court’s unconstitutional rulings. Having the power and authority to take legitimate and constitutional presidential actions means nothing if you let a lawless court overrule you.

I think Trump has to fight this on multiple levels. Yes it is fairly easy to issue a new EO every day, and dare the courts to do something.

However, he cannot let what the 9th circuit stand as some sort of president, legal or implied. He has to send a message, there is a constitutional separation of powers. The 9th stepped way over its bounds.

The dems may be celebrating now. But like Harry Reids nuclear option, it may come back to haunt them in the future.
