Donald Trump is filing a lawsuit against Hillary Clinton and the operatives caught on video admitting they were paid by the Democratic National Committee to incite violence at his rallies.
Undercover videos released by Project Veritas exposed key Hillary Clinton campaign operatives Robert Creamer and John Foval admitting they were paid to start violence at Trump rallies in order to frame Trump supporters as violent.
The videos also caught the Democratic Party dirty tricks operatives explaining how the dark money trail that funds their illegal actions runs all the way back to the DNC and Clinton campaign.
Trumps legal team believe the footage is proof the Democratic Party are guilty of the Mob Felony Act, and according to reports charges will be pressed against Creamer, Foval, John Podesta, and Hillary Clinton.
And it could get worse for Clinton. James OKeefe, the filmmaker behind the undercover videos, tweeted Donald Trump on Sunday:
In Illinois, Trump will be citing the Illinois criminal statute. The Mob action is a Class Four felony punishable by 3-6 years in prison and a $25,000 fine for each charge. When Trump brings forward the paperwork, he very well could charge anyone associated with helping, planning, organizing, or funding anyone to commit acts of violence which will include Hillary Clinton.

A person commits mob action when he or she engages in any of the following:
The knowing or reckless use of force or violence disturbing the public peace by 2 or more persons acting together and without authority of law; The knowing assembly of 2 or more persons with the intent to commit or facilitate the commission of a felony or misdemeanor; or The knowing assembly of 2 or more persons, without authority of law, for the purpose of doing violence to the person or property of anyone supposed to have been guilty of a violation of the law, or for the purpose of exercising correctional powers or regulative powers over any person by violence.
Many Arkancides to follow...
Excellent.
It’s about time someone sues the DNC!
Up the rebels!
Yay!!!!! And every person terrorized or hurt needs to do the same thing!
I also wonder if Chicago and a few other police departments will be in a situation of abetting the riots. FWIW, there was a Cleveland rally a few days after the Chicago one, and the police kept it non-violent without all that much difficulty.
I SENT ANOTHER 20 JUST NOW CAUSE HIS CAMPAIGN MANAGER SAYS THEY NEED 300 MILLION!!! TO WIN!!
But after this, i’m tapped out till next paycheck.
I voted already. Now I’ll just pray and make sure everyone i know is voting.
Waste of time.
Crooked Hillary is an understatement. She is the arch criminal boss of a crime syndicate!
Rather than filing suit...at this time...it would be better to use these videos/e-mails in nationwide ads.Or,better still, use them in the battleground states.
Do I understand correctly? Next Veritas at noon Eastern today?
You're probably right. The corruption extends to the justice system. When that happens there are very few other options.
Civil suit, no doubt.
I wish him the best of luck finding a “reasonable prosecutor” to actually FILE CRIMINAL CHARGES in Illinois.
James O’Keefe @JamesOKeefeIII
The reason @HillaryClinton didnt deny her direct involvement with the @realDonaldTrump protests is bc, well, youll see tomorrow at noon...

It mentioned San Diego, what about the violence in San Jose with the mayor condoning it and the police ordered to let it happen?
The question is whether O’Keefe’s video is admissible as evidence and ultimately whether the DA will prosecute. (hold not thy breath)
And...this is a crime. Can a civil suit be brought for a crime? How can he show damages?
Or should be petitioning for a writ of mandamus that the DA prosecute the alleged perps?
I don’t know the answers. Any attys?
The man fights back!
Pray America wakes
