Theres something very odd about the diagnosis that Dr. Lisa Bardack has presented for her patient Secretary Hillary Clinton, its doesnt exist.
As you can see from the two-page letter presented today by Hillary Clintons doctor, she has been diagnosed with mild non-contagious bacterial pneumonia. However, theres a problem .
The International Classification of Diseases (ICD), an ObamaCare standard, is designed code all medical diagnostics. According to ICD-9 codes, and the more current ICD-10 coding, theres no such diagnosis as non contagious bacterial pneumonia.
Dr. Bardack apparently made it up.
Dr. Milton Wolf was the first to notice the issue:

The Dr. Lisa R. Bardack ‘diagnosis’ is a campaign concocted fantasy to which she affixed her signature and reputation. She will pay the price.
It’s one thing for Hellery to lie - that’s expected. It’s another thing entirely for a medical practitioner to lie. Isn’t her license to practice at risk (if not her reputation)?
EVERYTHING that comes out of a democrats piehole is a frigging LIE!!! Thees are the most corrupt group of people to be given positions of authority EVER!!!
That’s the thing about lies... you have to keep lying to cover up for the first one.
Did anyone outside the Democrat media really believe this phony diagnosis? If she doesn’t crash and burn in the middle of a rally or debate, they’ll keep lying about this pneumonia being her problem, when we all know she has many more.
>>The Dr. Lisa R. Bardack diagnosis is a campaign concocted fantasy to which she affixed her signature and reputation. She will pay the price.
The price for not complying is greater. She could find herself taking a bottle of pills and then falling under a train and then shooting herself in the head three times.
Sure there is, it’s called “pneumonia change” and our computer models prove it. What are you, a pneumo-denier?
Fact is, without a means to detect the pathogen, the lying bitch can’t say whether it was contagious or not. It was probably a strep, a common cause of pneumonia in the elderly. Viral causes were also not ruled out.
Be careful with this, everybody.
Legionnaires Disease is noncontagious bacterial pneumonia. So are most forms of aspiration pneumonia. So are most healthcare-associated pneumonias (HCAP). So are pneumonias from airway obstruction, as in lung cancer, lymphoma, and certain other cancers with lung metastases.
I don’t know what Dr. Wolf was thinking when he wrote this, but it’s not even close to true.
And this “mild” Pneumonia thing?
Most people I know of sixty years old or more....usually end up in the hospital for three or four days minimum....then sent home for three weeks, and then spend another three or four weeks in an improving stage. You don’t get over Pneumonia in 10 days and look “fit”.
I’ll predict, if she wins...that somewhere on inauguration day...in a bright sunny situation...she “zonks” out by the 5th word of the oath and goes into a seizure. Within 30 days, she has three more seizures and finally confirms that she’s in stage one of Parkinsons (another lie for the most part because she’s in stage 3). And the GOP finally stands up and says impeachment time...because she doesn’t have the health to do the job.
Hillary probably promised her the Surgeon General slot.
That is the price you pay when you dally with the devil and succumb to the allure of greed and fame and promises.
“Non Contagious Bacterial Pneumonia” is a political
diagnosis made from a contrast-given computed angiogram
used to determine calcium in her heinous’ purported
blood system.
It is made after the fact when a double or her Majesty
embraces a helpless girl while inoculating the poor
child with gouts of bacteria.
They were too busy worried about whether or not Trump was "technically obese", and his "lack of exercise".
Color me livid.
After that, I think the diagnosis is just "bacterial pneumonia," and the modifier "non-contagious" is not part of the diagnosis. The doctor could have said "bacterial pneumonia that is not currently contagious."
I don't know enough to have an opinion whether that is reasonable. I know when my kids had strep infections, there was a period of time that it was highly contagious, and all family members were advised how to take care - but after the antibiotics kicked in, the patient didn't release near as many germs.
Ha! You know? I said that days ago here somewhere on another thread. GMTA!
They trapped themselves.
Lots of campaign staffers had it too. CONTAGIOUS!!
Playing with grandkids and the little girl. NONCONTAGIOUS!!
Also, I read somewhere Chelsea “didn’t see the video” Right.
