We have become a society of ungrateful, horrid little greedy, grabby whiners. Everybody wants something for nothing.
And it is most evident on our college campuses.
College students today are thin-skinned, navel-gazing crybabies so desperate to be victims they create elaborate hoaxes and whine over “micro-aggressions†while they scamper to their safe spaces.
But it’s nothing that six weeks with a drill sergeant screaming in your face couldn’t fix.

Not the draft, but compulsory military conscription. Teach em the basics of civil behavior, team work, and perhaps a modicum of patriotism... both men and women.
NO THANKS, been there done that, now is a different Military, no way I want my True Blood American Grandsons with those whuss in charge of them.

I don’t think if we drafted today’s snow flakes the military would survive. There are too many of them. Aside from holding targets they have no value. Worse they would show up with legions of attorneys paid for by either their dullard parents or some aspect of the ACLU.
Thanksgiving day this year our dinner table had four men all vets none was a draftee. One served in I corps one in MACV one a nuclear warrior on subs and the last as an electronics guy on destroyers. None could believe how far we have sunk under this POS president. We despise how our vets are treated and the disdain this admin has for the military. I think I speak for this group when I say I chose not to destroy the military by drafting this crap.

Try it this way. Everybody owes America two years of service after high school. First choice goes to the military services. Next, Public Health Service, Peace Corps, Americorps.

Its slavery, and my daughter isn’t spending 2 years in some crapistan hell hole. Citizenship does not come with responsibility, it comes with rights.

Reactivating the draft is long overdue. Military service needs to be MANDATORY for both male and female (biological and and otherwise). Israel has good ideas, including A WALL on their borders.

One should earn “votes” each person starts with one vote. One additional vote for each year served in military service. One extra vote for each 1,000 paid in Federal tax in the previous tax year, split between the filers on the Federal tax form. If you don’t help pay the costs of government through service or treasure your vote should mean less then those that do.
