Coca Cola Runs Ad Campaign Featuring Gay Family; "We Choose Happiness over Tradition"

Coca Cola is running ads that will appear on buses and signs featuring a gay couple and their adopted child.

The ad shows a picture of two men holding a baby, playing with crayons. A bottle of Coca Cola is next to them.

Over their heads reads, "We choose happiness ~over~ tradition. -the Van Bergen family." In the bottom right corner it reads, "#choosehappiness:"

The ad implies that, though their family is not "traditional," the Van Bergens are happy. They also drink Coke:

Perhaps. Compared to what happened when New Coke was introduced it will be a non-event.

I don’t mind RC but I am just tired of having to vet the companies I want to patronize. I will just drink water (tap water because bottled water sucks) and milk.

The ultimate way to cut those ties and quit patronizing the enemy is to be like John the Baptist and eat locusts and wild honey. I'm sure he was a water only drinker.

Been on sweet tea forever... Get a gallon of water boiling, throw in 3 tea bags, turn it off and let it cool. Refrigerate. Sweeten to taste. Costs pretty much nothing.

I envy that.

Pretty much all major corporations are pro-faggot.

I'm so glad to have been "let go" by a major corporation that was pro-faggot. They had at least 3 guys who came to work in drag and they had to have these classes about diversity to keep anyone from saying the wrong thing about it. Not so at this private owned company.
