Republican senator Ted Cruz said Wednesday afternoon he is long-term optimistic and short-term pessimistic on the question of passing any immigration reform legislation. Speaking with Javier Palomarez, the president of the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Texan presidential candidate said he considers himself a proponent of immigration reform. But, Cruz added, political leaders should focus on those aspects that have bipartisan support.

What kind of salary are you offering for this unicorn?
“Salary negotiable”
Means exactly what? Please translate into US dollars.
Gee.....maybe the welfare folks could work...instead of sitting on their duffs, dealing drugs, making babies and running...rioting....
It is negotiable. Get me a qualified candidate and they can pretty much name their salary, especially in Alexandria. For the Norfolk position, break even is around $100k.
Two points;
If you look at the polls, just who is it that’s doing the dividing here on FR?
Secondly, do you really think that the ‘Click-it or Tick-it’ Cruz Contingent’ here on FR is reflective of Cruz himself?
I don’t think he is a mean-spirited guy at all, unlike how he is represented here.
You got it.
If all it took was a misleading headline, then he's probably better off without it.
Those on FR that are dividing are the ones that put up misleading headlines and like to confuse legal and illegal immigration.
Doesn't matter. Cruz is getting real money from me to run his race. That ain't hate. That's early support.

The above skill alone is worth 90k+ Database administrators to not grow on trees. It takes many years of experience to acquire the skills necessary to be a DBA. I am a pretty good DBA, not great mind you but I can do the job. I personally prefer MySQL over SQL Server. Never heard of SharePoint but according to Wiki it's for non tec users so learning it should be easy. The rest of the skills listed are cookie cutter for any web developer.
Let me guess, you are a special snowflake millennial that deserves $500,000 per year or you’ll just stay unemployed and living in your mom’s basement. Maybe wait some tables at Olive Garden part-time.
“Then dont support him, but fact of the matter is, there arent enough Americans that can do IT jobs.”
Total, unmitigated bullshit. I work as a contractor at IBM. I used to be an IBM employee until I was selected for a ‘resource action’. I have watched IBM fire experienced Americans and replace them with incompetents from offshore for years.
Well Obama is very happy with Cruz between this and his trade support. Obama might even vote for Cruz.
I’ll pay you that in Norfolk or significantly more in Alexandria. Are you interested?
The title is misleading.
ROTFLMAO. The title is misleading? It is Cruz’s direct quote. I know you love him but goodness but don’t become ridiculous over it. You are very funny I will give you that.
What are you smoking?
Sorry, naps, but you're projecting. I'm not the one who fixates on candidates to the point of fanaticism.
I prefer to keep things factual. For that, refer to my post # 16.
What a hater.

Your agenda is certainly showing.
Thank God. Yes my agenda of getting a President Walker seems to be working. Even you are recognizing it and even beginning to wake up.....slowly....right now you are in the hit the snooze button process because Cruz has you all giddy but as soon as you are wide awake you and I am going to be starting the Walker for President 2016 Club.
There’s a surprising phrase being repeated from the Conservative right lately, “No such thing as an American Job”.
Again I ask: What good will an expanded H1B program do for finding someone for this position? This position is for US citizens only. You know that, yet you support an enormous increase in imported immigrants anyway. Why?
