According to Professor Cody Pogue, the riots occurring in Baltimore are, in part, due to white privilege. Pogue teaches at Houston Community College and San Jacinto College.
Today Pogue wrote an article titled, “The Baltimore riots within the context of White Privilege.”
His article begins, “I do not approve of the riots in Baltimore. At the same time, I do not understand what else we expect them to do. Numerous studies have proven that, in America today, white people are more privileged than black people.”
Pogue then writes about “white privilege,” saying that, “White people nearly always get the benefit of the doubt, but black people rarely ever do. White people are considered hard working until they prove themselves to be lazy, but black people are considered lazy until they prove to be hard working.”
He continues on about white privilege for several more paragraphs. He concludes this sentiment, writing, “In America, we subject an entire race of people to this unfair treatment” and then “we send white police officers into their communities who often expect them to be criminals in the first place. Then those white police officers mistreat them and often wrongfully kill them. Then we expect them to smile and take it.”
...“Don’t get me wrong,” Pogue pleads, “I am not making excuses for people who commit crimes… But instead of directing all of our anger to these desperate people who feel that they have no other choice, why don’t we direct our anger toward a system that has made them this desperate? Why don’t we direct our energy to bringing about change? Why don’t we end the system of privilege that advantages white people over black people every day?”

White privilege..The Racial version of “Global Warming” Ignoring the fact that almost the entire upper level of government is non-white, the NFL and NBA are certainly non-white as are many of the ‘Rappers’& movie stars that are their role’ models.. The entrepreneurs that the rioters have chosen to punish for the horrible sin of slavery, which was promulgated by Black African tribal chiefs and their Muslim partners for the benefit of their own fortunes along with those of some Europeans and Americans, are mostly Black citizens of their community. Pogue concludes, “I am a white college professor with a masters degree, but I am no better than the people rioting in the streets. I just got a little more lucky somewhere along the way.”
Personally I worked my butt off for my Masters. Luck had nothing to do with it. And that's really the bottom line of the entire corrupt White Privilege narrative: it isn't how good you are, it's what color skin you have. I cannot imagine a more racist dictum.

What do "we" expect "them" to do?
Go to school. Stay in school. Actually learn something. Don't denigrate smart people. Try to be like them.
Don't copulate randomly. Don't beget children outside of marriage. Stay married to the mother/father of your children. Be faithful in said marriage. Be your childrens' parents, not their buddies.
Remember school? Remember that you actually learned something, and you didn't denigrate the smart people? Apply it. Get a job. Learn additional skills. Get a better job. College and trade school are good options for you ... they'll help you keep improving your job.
Don't commit murder, rape, robbery, assault. Don't make excuses for those who do. Help the police and courts when they seek to arrest and punish murderers, rapists, robbers, and assailants.
Turn your life over to Our Lord Jesus Christ ... and act accordingly.
