Judge Andrew Napolitano sat down with Martha MacCallum to go over the two potential criminal investigations that the former First Lady could face.

“none of her action related to this email scandal were illegal.”

Seriously? They really reported it that way? I know I probably shouldn’t be surprised considering the source but wow, now it’s just out and out lying about what’s going on.

People can only face charges when the justice system actually seeks justice. We have a bunch of godless, lacking-in-any-integrity tyrants in charge.

Hillary to the Pillory

Negatory. Hitlery's house of cards has not folded yet. Stay tuned.

(What difference does it make NOW, Mrs. Clinton?)

Demonrats almost never have to pay for their crimes. Al Sharpton, Charlie Rangle, Barney Frank and the list goes on.

No the system is supposed to let liberal politicians do what they want as long as it’s for the good of the people. It’s right there in the constitution—go read it for yourself.

Strange it came out just before she was going to announce.

I would say her next best bet would be to have another mini stroke.

About friggin time. Some of us on FreeRepublic have been screaming about possible felony charges since this story broke but the media including FOXNews concentrated on the “scandal”

Pardon my cynicism but BFD! Exempt is the flavor of the new USSA. No one is accountable, no punishment ever.

The dems are also saying Bush did it and Colin Powell did it when he was SOS. Don't know if it is true about Colin Powell...

#1 would only be a misdemeanor. #2 is much more serious:

2. Napolitano said the far more serious charge would be a conspiracy to "conceal documents from government computers," which carries a penalty of three years in jail per document. A conviction on that charge would disqualify her from holding public office again.

Of course, given the number of her enablers in political power today, it's unlikely that it would be used.
