It’s funny how the Scottish media seems to favor “Yes” and the British media seems to favor “No”, considering that Scotland leaving the UK is good for the rest of the UK but bad for Scotland.

The referendum question reads:
"Should Scotland be an independent country?"
Should does not mandate. It implies a preference for a proposed future situation, e.g., Should you brush your teeth tomorrow morning? is not the same as Will you brush your teeth tomorrow morning?.
If YES prevails, will a second referendum be necessary to implement the expressed opinion?

The whole thing about the Scottish vote is that it is a Emotional Issue not one of Logic.
I don’t think I have seen any concrete plan for an Independent Scotland.
So if they do indeed leave the UK then I predict a very uneasy road for the immediate future.
