Saudi poll to reveal public’s level of sympathy for IS

The Sakina Campaign plans to carry out a scientific survey to determine the position of the Saudi public on the “caliphate” announced by the Islamic State (IS) in Iraq and Syria. This comes after the results of an opinion poll of Saudis were released on social networking sites, claiming that 92% of the target group believes that “IS conforms to the values of Islam and Islamic law.” Observers believe that in the current period, it is most important to “focus on the roots of extremism and to address and fight it.”

The Saudi Sakina campaign plans to conduct a survey to determine the extent to which the Saudi public sympathizes with the Islamic State and its recent declaration of a caliphate.

Why not also conduct a study to determine why dogs bark, why the Pope is Catholic, etc.?

It is who they are. It is what they do. It is Islam. Simple as that.

Just read the Koran. Do that and you must know though you may not acknowledge that ALL Moslems must believe what ISIS espouses and agree with what ISIS practices. Moslems that do not are Apostates and thus not Moslems.

I remember there was a Saudi talk show and they have invited an executioner. He was telling how good is his job of beheading is including technical details on how to do it flawlessly, which would make you vomit. But it was really fun for them in a studio. And then there were calls from viewers to ask questions. From these questions (like ‘does it make MORE PLEASURE to behead woman than man?’ and so on) I understood that their society is totally sick and plain evil.
On the other show you can see a female anchor advocating sexual slavery as far as victims are infidels and it allegedly allows men to ‘pass steam’ and reduce assaults against muslim women.
All of this crap it shamelessly aired on prime time and noone of them sees it as any wrong.

Hardline Saudi clerics have long preached that the country’s strict Wahhabi interpretation of Islam - an offshoot of the Sunni tradition - prohibits the worship of any object or “saint”, a practice considered “shirq” or idolatrous.

This is why they are planning to destroy the tomb of the Prophet Mohamed and remove his body to an anonymous grave.

1. It seems that Saudi is against ISIS only because they have another boss than the Saudi king.

2. Will Muslims in western countries protest against this?

The Saudi Royal family is in deep trouble. They will be sleeping in their jets at the airport, if not in their Swiss homes

It's mind-boggling that they are the inspiration for the policies of GWB and Obama to destabilize the Mideast to Saudi advantage and the homeland of BinLaden and the 911 maniacs.

What happens to US policy in the Mideast when the Saudi royal family retreats to their safe havens? I can't begin to imagine the chaos that could ensue.
