WASHINGTON - (NewsBlaze) The case of who may have forged Barack Obama's birth certificate took a more public turn on Monday as the conclusions of noted digital imaging expert Doug Vogt became unsealed in an affidavit obtained by NewsBlaze at the US Supreme Court on Monday Morning.

Vogt, the owner of Archive Index systems in Bellevue, Washington in a forty-eight page affidavit along with other supporting material laid down his conclusions that he believes Johanna Ah'nee is the forger of the original certificate of live birth along with other birth certificates released by the Nation's chief executive and that Kevin Davidson who runs the website obamaconspiracy.org did the research for the document. Also without surprise in the document to eligibility activists is that Vogt also declares Hawaii Registrar Alvin Onaka and Former and now deceased Hawaii Director of Public Health Loretta Fuddy to be involved.

There are a LOT more discrepancies - and serious ones - but I’m biting my tongue (in fact just deleted some of that information right now) because I don’t want anybody to alter long-delayed requested documents to try to get the stories to match somehow.

Would you say that these BCs are left justified or centered in the boxes or a mix?

In the BC on the left - box 7a, Usual Residence of the Mother, the entry "Honolulu" is far to the right. But for the BC on the right - "Honolulu" is centered in the box. How come the difference? Then look at the three boxes to the right Race of Father, Father's Occupation and Race of Mother. On the BC on the left the entries are lined up vertically but for the BC on the right each of the three entries starts at a different place. How come?

IMO, it's the different people typing the documents that determins the placement of the entries.

Butterdezillion was wrong about the window placement both images (Puentes video and Lang photo) show the rear window and door in the same place. IIRC, Butter admitted the window placement is not an issue.

There are MANY aspects to this forged birth certificate, centering the typed fields is just one.

As soon as I opened it in photoshop and saw layers, I knew.

There is not copy machine on earth that scans into layers that way, and their OCR claim was ridiculous. And the next day some libtards tried to prove it was OCR by scanning a different image purposely with OCR software, and going “see???”... I though, hmmm no do YOU see...

Look at these PDFs in Illustrator. They have the same type of layers as the White House PDF (except their rotations are 0 degrees but open and save them on a Mac and they will have rotations of 90 degrees).

Look at these four Hawaiian birth certificates (first three are from 1961 and the last one on the right is from 1959):

To the best of my knowledge, the only people who have seen Obama’s original, vault copy, Certificate of Live Birth are former Hawaii Director of Health Chiyome Fukino, former Hawaii Director of Health Loretta Fuddy and Hawaii Registrar of Vital Statistics Alvin T. Onaka, Ph.D. ( plus possibly whatever employee of the Hawaii Health Department it was who made the actual two copies for Obama).

Everyone else has only viewed scanned images of the PDF of the original document which have been intentionally manipulated by computer software to make the scanned images more easily viewable on computer monitors.

The only real legal issue that I see concerns whether the actual data is the same on the original hard copy (which is stored in the office safe of the Registrar) as the data on the scanned images of the PDF.

This is why there has never been a criminal court action for forgery, identity theft or fraud since 2011 when the scanned image of the long form Certificate of Live Birth was posted on whitehouse.gov

Hawaii law permits inspection of the original Certificate of Live Birth under a court order. In June of 2012, Obama’s attorney, Scott Tepper filed with U.S. District Court Judge Henry T. Wingate of the Southern District of Mississippi, an exhibit including a copy of the long form Certificate of Live Birth and a Certified Letter of Verification from the Hawaii Registrar. Judge Wingate could issue a court order for inspection of the original document, if he had a mind to, but that is unlikely since there is a Certified Letter of Verification from Hawaii also included as an exhibit.
Judge Wingate has not yet acted on this civil action (Taitz, et. al. v. Mississippi Democratic Party Executive Committee, Mississippi Secretary of State, Obama, Obama for America, Pelosi, Fuddy, Onaka, Astrue et. al.)

I pretty much agree with you that micro-analyzing the PDF is a waste of time. The only thing that matters is the information on the PDF. And there are three certified verifications that say the information matches. BTW, a synonym for “matches” is “same”. The information on the PDF is the same as on the original.

Let’s add to that the requirement under the Federal Rules of Evidence:
FEDERAL RULE OF EVIDENCE 1005-COPIES OF PUBLIC RECORDS TO PROVE CONTENT

“The proponent may use a copy to prove the content of an official record — or of a document that was recorded or filed in a public office as authorized by law — if these conditions are met: the record or document is otherwise admissible; and the copy is certified as correct in accordance with Rule 902(4) OR IS TESTIFIED TO BE CORRECT BY A WITNESS WHO HAS COMPARED IT WITH THE ORIGINAL. If no such copy can be obtained by reasonable diligence, then the proponent may use other evidence to prove the content.”

The Hawaii Registrar of Vital Statistics is such a witness.

I’ve never understood what motivates people like you to debate claims about Obama’s birth certificate. If you believed so-called “birthers” are all wet, why would you engage with them? Why do you suppose that there are primary elections within political parties? Conservatives argue and debate among themselves about nearly every national issue, as do liberals.

When Sarah Palin was asked about challenging Obama’s faith and citizenship, she said: “I don’t [question Obama’s faith and citizenship], and those are distractions. What we’re concerned about is the economy. And we’re concerned about the policies coming out of his administration and what he believes in terms of big government or private sector. So, no, the faith, the birth certificate, others can engage in that kind of conversation. It’s distracting. It gets annoying and let’s just stick with what really matters.”

It is my belief that the birther issue has helped Obama get elected and reelected and he continues to use it to shore up his base of supporters. Liberals love victimization and Obama gets to play the victim of the evil birthers and continually win in court after court for six straight years now.

If you want to argue that the white house BC is real you need to go someplace else.

The layers are NOT typical of what you would find and there are dozens of other mistakes that prove it is a fraud.

Look at Sherrif Arpaio’s investigate and the SWORN AFFIDAVIT from Barack Obama’s own document forgery expert that it is a forgery.

If you still want to maintian it is real, then I dont know what else to say to you.
