Among the Executive Orders under consideration by the Obama Administration is one that would revoke the “Redskins” football team trademark.
“Every right-thinking person agrees that using the name ‘Redskins’ for a football team is offensive,” Press Secretary Jay Carney maintained. “We have tried every manner of persuasion to try to get the team owners to willingly drop the use of this name. Rather than let the travesty linger on, the President is using his executive authority to unilaterally revoke the team’s trademark rights to the name.”
“What this means is that anyone would be enabled to produce Redskin-themed merchandise without having to pay royalties to the team,” Carney explained. “If they won’t do the right thing for the right reason, maybe once they lose their revenue stream from jerseys, mugs, and the like it will inspire them to do so.”
While the revocation of trademarks doesn’t seem to be one of the enumerated powers of the president, Carney insisted that the Constitution’s “insure domestic tranquility” clause was sufficient to authorize the proposed executive action. “It is only a matter of time before groups offended by the name create domestic disturbances,” Carney predicted. “To forestall this outbreak the President is within his authority to remove the provocation.”

Obama probably had some NSA sourced dirt on the CEO. I thought Clinton snooping in FBI files was bad, but it appears Obama's addicted to his sources (won't back off NSA snooping or IRS harassment at all). Vindictive little mobster.
If Obama and his Democrats don't like the name of your town, city or state they'll just take it upon themselves to rename it. And if Obama and his Democrats don't like your own name or the names of your children or what you've named your cat or dog, they'll just change that by "executive decree."
From now on every American's middle name will be Hussein as decreed by Obama and his Democrats.
The sad thing is that satire like this is entirely believable with this bunch in the White Hut.
Let’s call them “The Washington Rednecks”. The politically correctophile white idiots wouldn’t be offended, or have issue with that name.
One of these daily “straws” will eventually break the camel’s back. Is this the one or will it be the next one? 200,000,000 people are going to get fed up with this arrogant tyrant one day. (The other 160,000,000 are worried about Justin Bieber’s career).

I think it is time to get rid of all this nonsense. The name redskins is not offensive to anybody except people who intend to make something political out of it. If the clown in the White House does issue an executive order removing a trademark from a private organization, he proves he is a communist in doing so, and as such should be totally resisted if not removed from office.
..YIKES a fate nearly worse than Death!
