Ya mean it (the wind) doesn't get all snarled up on the pointy things?
Well then, does it keep out coyotes, prairie dogs and wetbacks? If not, what's it there for? ;-)
Balam!
Korean for wind.
just saying.
Bob is alive and well, but like some of us, he works for a living. He usually shows up in the evenings and/or early mornings.
As for the rest of us, we are in various stages of development!
Umm.. didn't he converse with his ass...?
I’ve been retired sonce 2008. lol
I seen your post with the pic of Rose and the Doctor. I didn’t know you were a Doctor Who fan. I’ve been a fan since Tom Baker had the role back in the ‘70s and ‘80s (The classic series)
But I do like the New series.
Are you going to be watching the 50th anniversary special on November 23?
Abso-dang-lutely!
I am also doing the 50th anniversary Cosplay in Tampa next month! I’m thinking of going as Ten.
:)
Oh, dear. A hole in your retina doesn’t sound particularly positive. DP has a freckle on his retina.
Off to deliver a dinner and see if Harris Teeter has the yogurt I like. Walmart was out. 86 and partly cloudy.
Whatever you do, don't call Wash DC. You'll get "help"...
lolol!
awesome
THERE’S a kitty face I haven’t seen in YEARS; about a quarter of a century, to be exact.
Before we were married, my wife worked in a SoCal refinery, and somebody out at one of the units discovered a litter of feral cats keeping toasty underneath a heat exchanger. They were able to catch most of the kittens before they were three weeks old, and other employees adopted them as pets. My wife got a little calico female, and — being at the early days of her domestication — she showed that “ankle ambush” posture to the world for quite awhile. You’d never believe that such a cute little fuzzball could so well imitate an irascible pincushion. My wife named her Pixie, because she played the role so well.
I came to expect being assaulted below the pant cuffs whenever I came to visit, and issued a few firm rebuffs that sent the little tiger tumbling tail over whiskers. As she grew, and began to ease up with the teeth and claws, my consistent discipline was rewarded with “Most Favored Human” status. She became a pretty good house cat, and wasn’t aggressive toward anyone, but she always let me hold her longer than anyone else, pet her when no one else was allowed, and came to me when nobody else could coax her to their side.
Let no-one despise the day of small beginnings.
Bor-egon?
Kittens are the best!
The pink thing is threatening her brothers with a Lego weapon, causing great hilarity. It sounds like she’s shouting, “Fall!” and I guess they are. Which is odd, because they’re supposed to be cleaning up.
I didn't move. I go by your old place every day. I look, but I never see you in the yard. Maybe you moved.
I’m back from the second appointment of this long day. The second exercise in eye dilation. Unnngh!
There is no hole in the retina. I didn’t think there was, but I got the feeling it was a last ditch effort to glean something from my HMO. I have to go back in a month.
On the way down, since my eyes were still slightly dilated from the earlier appointment, i caught the sun glinting off every windshield and piece of chrome coming at me, and every back window and piece of chrome I was following.
Unggh! On the way home even with the really ugly dark glasses, it was almost too bright to drive.
The original doctor is going to try and get approval for my left eye surgery, and i’m hoping it can be done.
And now, I have the beginnings of a migraine.
Ohno! You just insulted the Three Stooges!
Purely unintentional. Hope they will forgive me... ;-)
See?
The snowbeasts are nesting!
