The following image is a composite created by scanning the WH LFBC using Xerox WorkCentre 7655 upside down using the automatic feeder. The resulting file was opened in Preview, the image rotated 180 degrees and printed to PDF. The resulting PDF was opened in preview, the layers unlocked and moved to the side. In addition, a close up of the signature was ‘blown up’ to show how the background layer, not surprisingly, has filled in some of the white that resulted from the separation of the background and foreground layers.

Note how for example the signature block is fully separated.

Thanks for your link to the audio of the Gallups/Zullo radio interview, Seizethecarp. There is also a Part 2 available now on YouTube. Both were uploaded onto YouTube by BirtherReport.

The important point by Zullo is that that NBC and his fellow Obama defenders haven't come close to exculpating the fraudsters who did the purported Obama LFBC displayed in 2011 over the White House web site, even if their allegations about the Xerox 7655's capabilities are valid. They are engaged in a disinformation campaign, attempting to push back against the incriminating CCP findings as word of the CCP findings spreads to Capitol Hill.

I agree. Even if NBC’s research into Xerox replication are true “it is of no concern” is the subtext of the message I get from Gallups and Zullo.

NBC could be completely correct about the Xerox, but the “disinformation” by most Fogblowers (not NBC, BTW) is that this Xerox anomaly replication throws out the rest of CCP’s investigation showing that the pdf CONTENT is still forged forged. That false conclusion is the disinformation, not the premise that NBC has identified Xerox MRC software replication.

Gallups and Zullo don’t refute NBC’s findings, they only stress that the findings are “of no concern” on the context of the entire investigation and are not EXCULPATORY. Zullo is not going to “play 20 questions” with Obots that would reveal what forensic evidence BEYOND the Xerox claims STILL point to criminal forgery.

Unlike Barry who has no excuse for pervasive lack of transparency, this being a criminal investigation the CCP has every reason NOT to be transparent with Obots or eligibility activists (”birthers”).

When Zullo and the CCP say “trust us” I find them to be worthy of my trust until proven otherwise, unlike Barry and the Fogblowers who lie all day every day to protect continuing lack of transparency regarding Barry’s identity documents.

That’s what I was thinking. How could you generate something like that from flawed raw materials? You’d have to start with a GENUINE birth certificate (hard copy, stamped and certified and embossed by a real human being). A scan of a scan? It is to laugh.

Obama’s fogbow and Dr. Conspiracy disciples are so desperate to disprove the Posse’s findings (especially the Reed Hayes report which they have not seen), they will do anything to create misinformation. This Xerox deal is the latest example of their efforts. With Mike Zullo not revealing what’s in the report by Hawaiian forensic handwriting and computer-document expert Reed Hayes is having a psychological affect with the obots.

Per “John” (”birther”) on NBC’s Obot blog:

IIRC, these LFBC originals from other HI babies are many years old and not all are from 1961. Miki’s is from the late 1960’s and on a different form, IIRC.

The problem with this is that an original comparable to Barry’s claimed LFBC for forensic purposes would have to have been for a 1961 birth recorded on the same form and then copied and certified in 2011 by the same copy process using the same security paper that was used for Barry’s.

I have not seen any other HI LFBC that LOOKS like Barry’s in terms of layout on the page and security paper. This could be due to the BC being entirely fabricated OR uniquely manufactured just for Barry as a one-time job just for his attorney to allegedly hand-carry to DC.

Lacking a 1961 HI LFBC for a different person copied and certified in 2011, the CCP could not be expected to replicate or fail to replicate the anomalies on Barry’s WH LFBC pdf, IMO.

"What should President Obama's birth certificate have looked like after being scanned into a computer? In order to find out we stripped away the document's green background, leaving only a black and white document. Next the document was photocopied onto green basket-weave safety paper. The document was then scanned into a computer and opened in Adobe Illustrator. Once inside Illustrator the file was as it should be; it has one layer and one link."

And at line 221:

"You'll recall that we took Barack Obama's birth certificate, removed the green background, then photocopied it onto green basket-weave safety paper. Next we scanned it into a computer."

"The Cold Case Posse is very much aware that layers can be created when a document is optimized. In fact, we pointed out in video number 4 that the control document in our test contained 45 layers after being optimized. ...So when you see experts on television or the internet stating that Barack Obama’s Long Form Birth Certificate doesn’t have any problems because they scanned and optimized a document and they got layers too, they are guilty of not digging deeply enough into the layers to see what types of layers were produced and how those layers differed from the layers in Barack Obama’s pdf file. For example, the pdf file released by Barack Obama has eight 1-bit layers and one 8-bit color background layer. This is not consistent with optimizing a document but is consistent with tampering. Were the layers truly the result of optimization, we would have seen only one 1-bit layer and multiple 8-bit background layers."

There is no mention of the use of someone's real Hawaiian birth certificate or even about using different types of scanners. And their statement about optimization is wrong as MRC creates one 8-bit layer and multiple 1-bit layers. And that is the significance of NBCs work. If true it shows that just scanning a document into a PDF will create the type of layers seen in the White House PDF.

Yes they mentioned that at those press conferences back then but they haven’t had another official press conference since. After the last conference on July 17, 2012, Zullo stated they came into new information several times that bolstered their case that found the document beyond a reasonable doubt that it was 100% forged. So most likely they used a long form hard copy birth certificate at some point to conduct more experiments since that last conference. I do know that they have several hard copy birth certificates on hand from 1961 that uses the term ‘negro’ when describing the race of a person.
