Conservatives are used to the courts being WRONG. It is not surprising when a system influenced by 20 years of appointing Kook judges during Roosevelt/Truman era has had a long lasting and deleterious effect on the competence of our entire legal system.
Only Liberals believe in made up crap law by Liberal courts, and accept it as gospel "ex cathedra." The rest of us with good sense look on and laugh at the latest ridiculous thing the idiot liberals have tried to claim is our "law."

I said that the definition of “born in country of citizen parents” - something that supposedly we all should know to be Constitutionally literate - was not mentioned on said eligibility threads until AFTER the election.
All that has been shown so far - time after time - are dual citizenship arguments.

We get it already. This must be the best argument you have, since it's the one most often employed.
Truth is always the best defense. The reason we keep repeating it is because anything else wouldn't be the truth.

You discount the corrosive effect Roosevelt/Truman had on the courts and our legal system. It put in place an entire GENERATION OF IDIOTS. Since the law schools had to teach idiot theory to get success in front of idiot judges, the whole system has been idiotized. Wrong decisions are built into the system nowadays.

You found a document that says a "Natural born citizen" can have a foreign father? Really? I'd love to see it. You see, all I can find are documents which say the exact opposite.
Please present your conclusive evidence that foreign father was okay with the founders.
Most of the people whom i've argued with about foreign parents, have themselves a foreign parent. For them the issue is not objective. They feel that they are the equal to any American in Loyalty, and they simply regard a requirement that says otherwise as unfair, and therefore invalid.
To cut to the chase, do you have a foreign parent, or does your children or someone else you care about? Is there a personal emotional angle for you regarding this issue?

As to the the notion that Donofrio only argued dual citizenship, please think about that argument in terms of one's parents' citizenship. Kind of like arguing that one is partially pregnant or a bisexual is not gay?
Donofrio's first complaint in NJ State Court used as an example a 2008 Presidential candidate on the NJ ballot, from memory a gentleman with a name like Cardona, who was an admitted citizen of Nicaragua. Hence no vetting by the NJ Sec. of State of anyone whatsoever.
Further, Donofrio needs no brief from me. If the standard is now native American and not natural born American, it's just arguing over a few words, over the meaning of 'is', is it not? Let's go Article by Article, Amendment by Amendment, and change a few words here or there.

Early ineligibility arguments focused on dual citizenship or that he was “really” born in Kenya.
Only after the election was it that ‘everyone who is Constitutionally literate should know’ that the standard under Article II section 1 is “born in country of citizen parents”.
I formed my own opinion long before 0bama ran for President - during the Bush vs McCain nomination battle for 2000. It is that the Constitution only mentions two subdivisions of U.S. citizen - natural born or naturalized.
I would like a final ruling on the issue and I think Orly Taitz is ill equipped to be “point” on this. And yet in our precedent based system she is busily ‘muddying the water’ with all kinds of Kenyan birth certificate garbage.
This has been an absolute three ring circus, truther Berg, CFP, the WND crowd putting up billboards asking “Where is the Birth Certificate?”.
I have warned for YEARS now that this was a trap not a “Trump” card.
I said to “For $20 this would all go away!!!!!” that the document would, of course, be said to be fake.
