I can and do agree with much you say.
Were we speaking of run of the mill “normal” events/people I am with ya.
But this is the president over whom much has been made of the circumstances surrounding his birth and birthplace.
I simply have observed enough people to know somewhere somehow someone would come forward to declare they were there and remember the event.
I am not a birther but I sure do have questions.
Its all the little pieces that add up to a big pile of smelliness which could be dispersed with the opening of his records.
Its pretty strange that we can find out just about anything we want about anyone we want except for El Zee-rho.

The question isn't really where, but when. And that US Govt knows to a certain extent as they have a record of your reentries into the country. If Stanley Ann Dunham reentered the US on say Aug 7, 1961, that would pretty much prove that Barry was born outside the US.

His step-grandma in Kenya said she was there and remembered the event, right before they shushed her up, told her the “right” answer, and then put police in front of her house to keep anybody from talking to her until the election was over.
That’s the only person I know of who claimed to be there. Some gal claimed that her recently-deceased father was the doctor who had mentioned it to her because of Stanley Ann’s name. But it turned out that her dad wasn’t even doctoring in 1961. Aside from that I don’t know of anybody who claimed to be there at his birth.
Fukino said she saw the (amended and thus legally nonvalid, which she didn’t mention) vital records swearing that Obama was born in Hawaii, so SOMEBODY swore to it (if Fukino wasn’t just flatly lying, which is a possibility). I suspect it was his other grandma - Madelyn Dunham. But because the record is legally invalid it doesn’t count for anything unless and until the BC is presented as evidence to a judicial or administrative person or body who then has to evaluate the probative value (based on the evidentiary standards their office requires).

Another thing which shows Denise Lind to be wrong is that actual Authorization For the Use of Force which was passed after 9-11. It authorizes only “the President” to decide what force to use in the pursuit of terrorists and/or those who helped to perpetrate 9-11.
So you’ve got general law (Title 10) and SPECIFIC CONGRESSIONAL AUTHORIZATION which both say that the President authorizing the use of force is CRITICAL to the lawfulness of the orders.
What statute, then, is Denise Lind relying on to say the exact opposite of what these laws say? What statute did she cite?
Rush has mentioned the eligibility issue positively before. If he deliberately changed the subject there must be something else going on - maybe that he’s afraid of how the media might latch on to the subject. But since the screener didn’t screen out the caller it must not have been something he communicated to the screener.

The upside of your explanation is the humor factor. I don’t know if you followed Red Steel’s description of Non-Sequitur’s zot. It was hilarious. I haven’t laughed that hard in a while. Isn’t that the truth. His own closest friends and advisers have inadvertently admitted this. They uniformly affirm, in so many words, that Obama, “Thinks he is the smartest person in any room”.
A lot of people see this as just a big ego. It is far, far more and worse than that. When any person, but most especially a person wholly devoid of accomplishments [other than affirmative-actioning his way into multiple colleges, and lying and cheating his way to multiple election victories] actually believes they are the smartest person alive, it is a psychotic pathology.
Iow, it is a total break from reality. It is so far from reality as to posit a permanent residence in lala-land. ‘Sicko’ is pretty much the mildest way to express it. This guy is psycho. Yes; he must be removed. Peacefully and legally, but he MUST be removed.

I just read your reply and first I want to thank you for going into such detail. Certainly there are points that need to be clarified and looked into but it fits.
It brings to mind a few questions though and I wonder if anyone has the answers.
Lets just suppose that all of your theory is correct. That would put the same people in charge of the next election pretty much, as they can still manipulate the same institutions. Media and Politics. They will just prop another stooge in place of Obama if they are done with him, or him again. Correct?
My other question is where does Palin fit in on all of this? I mean she must have known about McCains involvement, she still talks well of him today (which really bothers me)so if she were the pick to run, she would be doomed from the start right?
Does it not seem strange that someone like GW, who was so heavily tied with the CIA, couldn’t have the one person who was pulling his strings “fixed”. I would think that someone who threatened the collapse of the entire country would certainly be a viable target. No questions asked.
How can this cycle be broken? Is the TEA party strong enough? Why hasn’t the MSM like FOX turned upon us? If he can control them to keep off the birth certificate (certainly someone has) why hasn’t he pulled the same on the TEA party - MSLSD and the rest sure jumped on that band wagon. But Fox has really kept strong with us. Not letting us be painted as nuts like the rest.

As long as our economy allows us to be taken hostage we can expect to be locked in this same pattern, regardless of who we elect. The House can defund a lot of stuff to try to get us on more stable financial ground, and whether they will or won’t may depend on whether Soros risks having more people know in order to silence the freshmen. It will be very interesting to see what happens. I hope I’m wrong and the freshmen effect real change which will put us on more stable ground.
I don’t think that Palin would have to know about all this. She’s said since the election that she doesn’t think McCain did enough in this regard. I think that while she was running as his VP she just did what he told her to do, and he didn’t tell her why she had to shut up about it.
I think the way that Soros did the run on the bank means that just bumping him off wouldn’t fix anything. He has hedge fund managers who work with him, as I understand it. Sort of a little army at his own command. And his allegiance with the Islamists in order to defeat capitalism, as David Horowitz has documented, also gives an army that is well able to do his bidding even if he was taken out. As I understand it, Soros’ son is also like-minded with him and would carry the torch if something happened to his dad.
So it’s a many-headed beast and the only real defense against it is for our economy to not play so near the edge of the chasm. The Cloward-Piven Plan is all about how to get us so near the edge that we can easily either fall or be pushed over the cliff and defeat capitalism. The dems have been pushing policy that puts us on the edge for a very long time, and now we’re seeing just how deadly serious they were all along, while we were ignoring it and playing politics.
Fox is gradually becoming more and more like the other “news” outlets. And Beck and O’Reilly have been very vocal in calling “birthers” nuts, although it’s been toning down as they realize that it’s not just a fringe group that has concerns.
I think Soros figures he can let us talk to our hearts’ content as long as we stay away from his jugular. That’s why of all the stuff Soros could have threatened the media heads on, he threatened them with annihilation if they addressed the eligibility issue. That is his jugular.
I believe Soros has held off the judiciary with his threats, but judging by the non-recusal of Sotomayor and Kagan in the Kerchner suit, I agree with Kerchner that there are probably 3 SCOTUS justices who would still take on the eligibility issue. The effect that the Tea Party can have is to try to influence one more conservative justice - or more probably, the Chief Justice.
The issue the judges face is how America could survive what Soros might do in retaliation. It’s a tough question.
If that’s not the question they face then they are just plain two-timing pansies who aren’t worth their salt (which is an alternate theory that could be the reality as well).
The other thing the Tea Party can do is try to pass state eligibility laws, such as I suggest at http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-bloggers/2656925/posts (a new post that I posted today). Obama would not run if this bill was passed, because the documentation requirement would remain in effect even when the constitutionality of the rest of it is challenged, and the embedded transaction logs on both his passport and on any fake BC that Abercrombie might have come up with recently would reveal way too much, including the lawlessness in the bureaucracies and the people who knew about the lawlessness. It would blow up in the media’s face as well as Pelosi’s and a lot of other politicians.
His not running would cause more people to ask questions about why, and with the popular sentiment strongly against the lawlessness he may realize he can’t pull this all off right now.
I need to think it through more also. I wish I could figure out what that book was that somebody wrote about how to make economic terrorism nearly impossible. If more information is revealed to the public about the lawlessness that has gone on we may be able to get Congress-critters to seriously consider how to get out of this mess and maybe something can be done. It might have to wait until after 2012 since we don’t have veto override power. Or, maybe if enough blue dog dems are able to see the treason going on, they will side with the US rather than with Soros. Hard to say.
