That would be the worthless Gallup poll about a week ago, and the utterly worthless PPP poll a day later.

Glad that you know how worthless they are.

try reading his blog, there is a significant research there into Obama’s time in Indonesia.

I did. There's nothing there about it Indonesia barring non-citizens from its public schools.

But what surprises me is that as an expert in rebutting “birther” claims against Obama you don’t have any information on him in your cheat sheets.

LOl. It's pretty easy to rebut birther claims, for the most part. All you have to do is ask them for a source, and typically they fail to provide. Your allegation that Indonesia barred non-citizens from its public schools is a case in point.

So you claim that Gallup found over half of Americans are birthers? I very much doubt it. Can you provide a source document?

I’ve NEVER read a response from you concerning the TWO DIFFERENT Certifications of Nominations for Obama’s eligibility......What do you think, “curiosity”? Want to give us your opinion on those? Why would Pelosi and Alice Travis Germond put themselves in a position of peril Constitutionally?

"Okay, expatguy, who are you and what is your evidence that Indonesian law prohibited non-citizens from attending public schools back in the 1960's?"

Who am I? I am an American patriot and businessman who has lived here in Southeast Asia for the past 20 years.

To answer your question, I dont recall where I have said that there was or is a law that prohibits non-citizens from attending Indonesian schools.

I'm really not sure I understand the crux of your question.

“She filled in her son’s name, and then realized there was no need for it, so she crossed it out.

Whenever you see handwriting crossed out on an application, it’s usually because the applicant made an error and is correcting it.”
-curiosity

A passport specialist would have examined the application before accepting and said,

“Excuse me, ma’am. You cannot write someone’s name in the amend to include (exclude) area and then cross the name out with five lines.

You’ll have to fill out a new application. Otherwise, someone might think you are informing the State Department someone has renounced their citizenship and you want them taken off the passport.”

As I indicated, SAD Soetoro intentionally crossed out the name to indicated Barack Hussein Obama (Soebarkah) had renounced. The passport specialist did not have SAD Soetoro fill out a new application because a supplementary sworn statement is to accompany the application when someone is to be removed from the passport due to loss of citizenship.

The State Department withheld several documents from the FOIA requests due to privacy concerns. One of those documents withheld was Barack Hussein Obama (Soebarkah) supplementary filing with SAD Soetoro’s 1968 passport application.

I'm really not sure I understand the crux of your question.

usmcobra claimed that "The proof he was an Indonesian citizens as well as adopted is that he went to school there as Barry Soetoro at a time when ONLY Indonesian citizens could attend schools there."

Padams asked "Usmcobra, do you have the legal citation for the statement that Indonesian schools only allowed Indonesians to attend?"

To which usmcobra replied "The source for the Indonesian schools laws was a Freeper that lived there for quite some time," and he linked to your blog. He later reiterated that you were his source.

Hence curiosity asking you for your source. It appears that usmcobra was simply wrongly attributing his claim to you in an attempt to give it an air of legitimacy.

Am I to assume that you are incompetent or should I believe you did it deliberately to make it harder for someone else to do their own research?

Harder to do research? I'm sorry, but is cutting-and-pasting a difficult feat for you?

It's especially funny to see this kind of complaint coming from someone who's avoiding providing any links or sources at all. Or rather, any sources that actually check out.

The key difference is that McCain was dragged into court over his eligibility and Obama fought tooth and nail to prevent having to face this issue in a court of law...

Obama has never been held to the same standard that McCain had to endure in the press and in the court...

Once that standard was applied to McCain, all other candidate should have been held to the same standard.

I'm sorry, but exactly what standard do you think McCain was held to? What McCain court cases are you thinking of?

Because off the top of my head, I'm only aware of two. One was Leo Donofrio's first case, which argued that Obama AND McCain were ineligible, and his case was dismissed as to both candidates. The other was Fred Hollander's case, which McCain's lawyers responded to EXACTLY like Obama's lawyers, by promptly filing a Motion to Dismiss. Which was granted.

So what legal hassles are you claiming McCain had to endure, which you think Obama should also have to go through?

99% of people browsing the internet barely take the time to read all of what they scan.

Those that are interested may click on a link but most will not cut and paste into their browser a dead link from a troll to see where it goes.

I know this for a fact because I have used it successfully on other boards to see who was paying attention by posting a dead link to a totally unrelated site that had absolutely nothing to do with the subject at hand to see who would cut and paste it into their browser.

In fact I have even done something similar on this very thread just to see if anyone noticed.

One of my previous active links goes to last Friday’s silliness thread.

Proof that most people don’t respond or even read links unless they are really super interested on this thread can be found in the lack of replies to that particular link.

trolling is a game of chess where the best you can hope for is a draw or that your opponent knocks the table over and stomps away.

The reality of this game I am playing with you is that I already have have the all the answers prepared in advance so that like one of your fellow obots found out I can spring the trap on you when I damn well please, it cost them $100 paid to the free republic to see proof that Obama mother could have flown to Mombasa on a Jet Airliner when they said there was no jet airliner service there at the time Obama was born.

Through carefully trolling them into making such a rash bet by teasing them I had them hook line and sinker and sprung my trap at my leisure.

I am giving you the benefit of this lesson because I want others to laugh at your efforts to expose me.

Your attempts to make this thread all about me are borderline psychotic and myopic and that’s right where I want you.

and what if Obama intentionally attended college as an adult as a foreign exchange student?
and what if he traveled as an adult under a foreign passport?

Well, if there is serious supposition of such events, someone would go to a prosecuting attorney. That would be a US Attorney like Patrick Fitzgerald who prosecuted Obama’s buddy in Illinois Rod Blagojevich, or a state Attorney General like the Tea Party conservative in Virginia, Ken Cuccinelli or even a local district attorney in any jurisdiction where the Obama name was on the ballot.

You convince a prosecutor that there is enough evidence of election fraud to at least launch a Grand Jury investigation for fraud and/or election fraud. With a Grand Jury investigation comes the right to subpoena Hawaii birth records, Occidental College admission records, State Department passport records and federal financial aid records. With a grand jury investigation also comes the right to compell witnesses to testify under oath.

That’s what you do with your “what ifs.”

There are about fifteen major conservative, constitutionalist law firms in the United States. Those attorneys, who have all argued cases before the US Supreme Court would be the perfect advocates to trigger the events mentioned above. My first choice would be the “Landmark Legal Foundation” or “The Federalist Society for Law and Justice.”

Yes, that is your claim. Unfortunately, you have no basis for that claim. In other words, you have NOTHING...zero,zip,nada, to support your contention that a cross-out name indicates a person renounced citizenship.

For what it's worth, here's the best way I know how to quickly illustrate that there were no questions about Obama's eligibility before June 2008. Remember "The Obama Nation"? Corsi finished writing it in early June 2008, and published it in July. It included nearly every claim about Obama you can imagine, and Corsi himself has been a pretty vocal Birther the last couple of years. But do you know how much space Corsi devotes in the book to Obama's eligibility? ZERO. Absolutely none. Not even a sentence. He doesn't question Obama's birthplace or eligibility one jot. And he didn't talk about it because when he finished writing the book, there hadn't been discussion about Obama's eligibility floating around beforehand. Certainly not since January 2007. Oh, and WorldNetDaily's very first article about Obama's birthplace and/or eligibility? June 10, 2008. The same date as FreeRepublic's first thread on the subject.

Good information, bump.
