Clearing the Smoke on Obama’s Eligibility: An Intelligence Investigator’s June 10 Report
Western Journalism ^ | July 18, 2009

Posted on 10/27/2009 4:33:18 PM PDT by Western Journalism

Editors Note: In December ‘08 a retired CIA officer commissioned an investigator to look into the Barack Obama birth certificate and eligibility issue. On July 21, 2009 westernjournalism.com obtained a copy of the investigator’s report. Here is an unedited version of the report.

June 10, 2009 Report, updated July 18, 2009 The Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii

I think that I now understand the legal background to the question of where Obama was born.

Let’s begin with the statement that Dr. Chiyome Fukino, the Director of the Hawaii Department of Health released on October 31, 2008. The television and print media used this statement as a reason to prevent and treat with contempt any investigation into whether Barack Obama was not born in Hawaii. But the language of the statement was so carefully hedged and guarded that it should have had the opposite effect.

“There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate. State law (Hawai‘i Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record. Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.”

And no President ever has been required to provide the kind of proof that is now being demanded.

Really!

Why then did Nancy sent a notarized paper to SoS of Hawaii stating the usurper was qualified - a NBC - while that was omitted on the paper she sent to the other SoS in the nation?

All SoS got a notarized paper from RNC that John McLame met all requirements!

Were either candidate required by any state laws to do otherwise?

I agree. I was trying to think of descriptives and came across yours. Works for me!

I do not want to see a kinder, gentler FR. It works fine the way it is. Just as newbies are often called out, long term posters are often put in their place when they post something inappropriate or disgusting. I like they way we police our own.

Posts such as this would offend the hell out of me if I was a newbie. I'd rather be accused of being a troll. Sounds as if we don't think the newbie has a working brain cell.

“...This new FReeper was welcomed and is already being advised, politely, by other FReepers about protocol. It seems to be going well for that new member....."

I am suddenly wisked back to my first day of school:

Dear Mrs. Freeper
Newbie Freeper had a very good day at school today. He put on his listening hat when we discussed freeper manners. We have arranged to have freeper counselors advise him if he forgets a freeper rule.. Signed

Yeah, seen that before. It answers none of my questions for me.

The author asks the same questions I have: “Why TWO documents? Why eliminate constitutional text from any of them? “

I'd really need to know more about that before jumping to conclusions of conspiratorial fraud.

Especially when there are no (to my knowledge, anyway) specific legal requirements for what the documents needed to say.

Perhaps the vote could be justified in the hope that the Pelosi/Cheney Congress would act honorably and disqualify a victorious Panamanian McCain and hand the Presidency to the American Palin...

The Congress did not act honorably however, and indeed ratified the election of the British subject Obama...

The purpose of the report is to explain how easy it is to get the electronic copy of the birth certificate. If you read other articles and posting on Western Journalism we are trying to dig into the issue and make the argument that Obama must release his birth certificate.

At the time it was the most definitive research done on the topic. I believe the post helps to clarify the issue, and explain how easy it was to get a birth certificate in Hawaii back in the 1960’s. That is the point of this research. I don’t know one way or the other, but I believe Obama needs to release the long form Birth Certificate.

While I did link to my blog and a report we commissioned, I feel that this information is important and will help explain why Obama needs to show his birth certificate. I am interested in engaging in a vibrant discussion and promoting different ideas, I am not only trying to drive traffic to my website.

Terry Krepel is a blogger @ conwebwatch... a very liberal website, so anything he has to say about Floyd Brown our our website should be taken with a grain of salt. As for this specific investigative report, the author wanted his identity protected so it was posted anonymously. We have many other investigative reports including one that was posted here... http://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2366629/posts

I felt that the information in this post was important... if you disagree that is your right
