Editors Note: In December ‘08 a retired CIA officer commissioned an investigator to look into the Barack Obama birth certificate and eligibility issue. On July 21, 2009 westernjournalism.com obtained a copy of the investigator’s report. Here is an unedited version of the report.
June 10, 2009 Report, updated July 18, 2009 The Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii
I think that I now understand the legal background to the question of where Obama was born.
Let’s begin with the statement that Dr. Chiyome Fukino, the Director of the Hawaii Department of Health released on October 31, 2008. The television and print media used this statement as a reason to prevent and treat with contempt any investigation into whether Barack Obama was not born in Hawaii. But the language of the statement was so carefully hedged and guarded that it should have had the opposite effect.
“There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate. State law (Hawai‘i Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record. Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.”

You are correct in that there is a lot of detailed info there quoting a lot of sources to include Polriks, etc.
Here’s just one quote:
But whether it is called (as it was last year) a Certification or (as it is now) a Certificate of Live Birth this abbreviated document provides none of the probative information that was or wasn’t on Barack Obama’s original Certificate of Live Birth. Unlike the Certificate of Live Birth of the time when Barack Obama was born, this new Certificate of Live Birth provides no real evidence of where a child was born or indication of where such evidence might be found. It provides no information that would demonstrate to the people of the United States whether there is convincing evidence that he was actually born here or whether a relative or two (or possibly even Barack Obama himself) just made a statement to that effect to a low level bureaucrat. (As is permitted under Section 57-40 of the Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii.)

I’m surprised so many are jumping the zot gun.
Many including myself don’t read much beyond what the poster puts in the original thread. I won’t usually go to a blog to give them hits just to read their rants of what has been beat to death on FR anyway. The Admin Mod did link the “Lecture Series” post from yesterday about ‘cats’....LOL
However this article is not written by the poster and is a posting of the article in its entirety on his websit. Now I don’t know what his website promotes or has as an agenda if any. But you are correct this has a lot of detailed data in one location with sources identified. Better than many articles.
After reading the entire report (rather than merely scanning the abstract), it seems the investigator is on the side of the American people and the Constitution.
Memo to Obambi: Trot out the verifiable documentation.
He’s KENYAN. If not, he ought to be able to submit a long-form birth certificate to a neutral third-party for examination.

He cant produce one because one doesnt exist. Anyone with an ounce of common sense came to that conclusion long ago.

A good question and that will be determined over time I’d guess. But the article he linked to is a very detailed discussion of the ins/outs of this Natural Born Citizen issue surrounding President Obama. The article includes links, quotes of rules/regulations/laws, etc that may or may not play in the situation. I’ve bookmarked it to my favorites just for the info and links it provides.
I did asked the posted if he stood by the article but he hasn’t responded. But then in essence his blog makes no statement supporting or denying the article. It’s just hosted on his blog. We’ll see as this plays out.

Riiiight. You clear the smoke by laying down a trail of mis and dis info? You do not even mention that these records are required to made public by the laws of the State of Hawaii.
Once they posted the COLB, privacy was over. We also now know that the records were amended. We have a right, according to Hawaiian law to see what those amendments are about.
BHO, Jr. could have been dropped like a foal on the White House Lawn on the 4th of July. He still isn't a "Natural Born Citizen." But you know, he might be a "native born citizen," as he says on his website. So show me the BC, anyway. I (and you) have a right to see it according to Hawaiian Law.
