Clearing the Smoke on Obama’s Eligibility: An Intelligence Investigator’s June 10 Report
Western Journalism ^ | July 18, 2009

Posted on 10/27/2009 4:33:18 PM PDT by Western Journalism

Editors Note: In December ‘08 a retired CIA officer commissioned an investigator to look into the Barack Obama birth certificate and eligibility issue. On July 21, 2009 westernjournalism.com obtained a copy of the investigator’s report. Here is an unedited version of the report.

June 10, 2009 Report, updated July 18, 2009 The Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii

I think that I now understand the legal background to the question of where Obama was born.

Let’s begin with the statement that Dr. Chiyome Fukino, the Director of the Hawaii Department of Health released on October 31, 2008. The television and print media used this statement as a reason to prevent and treat with contempt any investigation into whether Barack Obama was not born in Hawaii. But the language of the statement was so carefully hedged and guarded that it should have had the opposite effect.

“There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate. State law (Hawai‘i Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record. Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.”

So why did you stay and compound the mistake? If this was ANY other subject, you would have been long gone. Instead of doing "your job," which is questionable at best, you chose to PICK A FIGHT with all the vitriol at your disposal. There is no defense for this.

Whatever happened to earning trust? We have all been newbies at one time and have had to “earn our wings”.

I have disagreed w/ many a folk here. I am sure they looked into my history of postings and threads to see if I was a troll or just someone whom disagreed.

I have never been accused of being a troll. Perhaps other words, usually not spoken on FR, but not a troll. And why? Because my history, or I, speak for myself.

I was hoping for threads for birthers only, or as I like to refer to them as vetters—as in wanting the president fully vetted.

BuckeyeTexan, Western Journalism, and any other person here who has rightly or wrongly been called a troll ...

Let's delve beyond whether Obama is or is not a natural born citizen ...

... WOULD you have a problem with this statement?

Obama believes that every American should be equal, from each according to his ability to each according to his needs.

Well, I pass your suggestion along to the group. This was a test of our new program, which was intended to be informal and expected to evolve over time. Nothing is ever perfect the first pass.

I’m done for the night. The suspicion, accusations, and conspiracy theories have gone too far tonight. It’s just ridiculous.

I sear the beef tips with sweet onions and a jar of mushrooms, then pour beef stock in, add several ounces of port and in fifteen minutes of ‘brought to a bubble’, add red potatoes in 1 1/2 inch chunks and baby carrots. It cooks all day and warms my evening.

The Pro-Lifers were thinking about forming a caucus to avoid the noise. It appears they decided it was better for them to keep their information on the frontlines (News/Activism) - noise and all - to persuade more people. But the caucus option is still there should they need it.

This thread is done ... and if it's any indication, so is Free Republic, if this is what it stands for.

You are also very new here. Where are your constructive posts related to the original thread? Many of your posts have my spider senses tingling.

If you do not know where "I" stand on the eligibility issue then you do not follow closely some of the more interesting threads related to it.

Anybody who has signed up since the last election should be welcomed until proven otherwise. You have not proven otherwise yet yourself.

Yes, I would say that Obama absolutely believes that crap. And that crap, BTW, isn’t Biblical. Obama’s says he’s a Christian, but he doesn’t know Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. More on that another time. I’m done for tonight.

You’re going to have to find a better way. Something out in the open. IMO we are all entitled to know who is on the welcoming list, and should be able to read the welcome as it is offered. Nothing SECRET OR UNDERGROUND will work.

If you had been pinged by the mod, and you had welcomed the newbie, I would venture to guess that no one would have gotten riled up so to speak.

Well, if you want my honest opinion, y'all need to take a deep breath and accept the Mod's ping for what it was. As I look at those on this thread screaming the loudest about some conspiracy between Admin Moderator and Buckeye Texan and "this has never happened before" or "we don't need a welcoming committee", the majority seem to have signed up within the past year. They obviously have no historical basis to make those claims. I've seen Mods ping people in the past and many years ago we did have Newcomers Welcome threads. I think you remember those.

You think I picked the fight? It was the other way around. I was on the receiving end, go read the beginning of the thread again.

It was the birthers who lashed out, not me.

That was pretty good ...someday i plan to read the by laws

Now as to the subject of the article (and this is pure conjecture) it seems that Obama knew he would have trouble if anyone saw his long form BC . I think I read a quote (which I hope is true)the Obama said if he was bon in Kenya it was ok as at that point he was only running for Senator. Assuming he was aware he had a problem in this department wouldnt he do all he could to destroy any evidence he was born outside the country?

I very very much suspect it does...and if not, then the opportunity is certainly there. That's why it's such a dangerous idea. Open to manipulation. I HATE it!

It's like having a bunch of gatekeepers and we don't know who they are - or what message they are sending. Has the potential to be destructive.

ALL COMMUNICATION SHOULD BE ON THE OPEN THREAD!
