Pelosi signed two Official Certifications of Nomination for Obama and Biden at the DNC Convention last August. Read the language carefully and note the difference between them:
SECOND ONE (WITHOUT ANY REFERENCE TO THE CONSTITUTION)
WHY WAS THE CONSTITUTIONAL REFERENCE REMOVED ?
Fred Nerks SAYS: "Just thinking out aloud here, see what you think":
Every copy I have seen online of an Hawaii CoLB has shown the place of birth as Oahu, County Honolulu. Isnt that a little odd? Surely one or two should be from another island or another county?
Makes me think that ALL Certifications of Live Birth, Accepted OR Filed, bear that same information. (Until someone shows something different, anyway).
So, the original birth certificate for a child born in Hawaii shows the details relevant to the birth, and can be amended,(CHANGE OF NAME, ADOPTION ETC.,) with amendements shown only on the original.
Or, a late Certification could be applied for, (up until 1972 IIRC) whereby an out-of-state birth could be registered, and FILED. Again, this information remains on the original document...
When a copy, a Certification of Live Birth is requested, its by no means a copy of the original birth certificate, its simply a standard form on which, as we know, the parents, the parents Race and the name of the child are shown.
Are you with me? The Place of Birth OAHU and the County HONOLULU may simply relate to the location of the OFFICE where the document was issued.
Therefor every CoLB shows the same, Place of Birth OAHU, County, HONOLULU.
AND THAT MAKES EVERYONE WHO HAS A COLB A CITIZEN OF THE US???
The next question might be, just how many people does this apply to? Thousands?
I've never felt so uncertain about the future of my country in my life.
okay, I’ll post it and ping ya...

No, but they sure do deserve it.
If anybody really cared right now, we’d be having special elections all across the country because we would have forcefully thrown every single RINO and Communist in office.
Nobody rioted after NFA was passed.
Barack Obama is ineligible to hold the office of the President because he is not a "Natural Born Citizen." That's because his putative father (aka "The Guy on the Hawaii COLB ... which is altogether different from a Birth Certificate) was not a citizen of the US. End of story.
That is not a matter of opinion ... or feelings ... or some kind of moral judgement. Barack Obama, Sr. was a British Subject. If his child's mother were an American Citizen, at the very most, his child could be a Dual Citizen, even if born in Hawaii. Obama a Citizen? Obama Not a citizen? Obama a Native Born Citizen? All very interesting. But the one proven indisputable fact is his father's British citizenship, establishing that Obama is not a "Natural Born Citizen" of the US, a constitutional requirement for the office.
Although the Constitution makes "Natural Born Citizenship" a requirement, it neither defined it in the document, nor set up any ruling authority or process to enforce it.
It is probable that BHO, Jr., may in all likelihood have some claim to citizenship, either through his mother, or by birth in Hawaii. That's beside the point. If were born on the steps of the White House porch, on the 4th of July, he still would not be a "Natural Born Citizen."
It has long been rumored that a major reason for the Occidental College cover-up is that he received student aid packages by claiming Indonesian Citizenship, or by using an Indonesian passport to document it. That is, PERHAPS, fraud. PERHAPS not. Adoption by Lolo Soetoro made him an Indonesian Citizen, but would not lessen his claim on American Citizenship, which he could reclaim upon reaching his majority. Interesting stuff, with criminal possibilities.
But again, while it is indicative of the man's (and his family's)shady character, it has little bearing on the main issue: i.e., he is ineligible because there is no way he can be a "Natural Born Citizen." Team Obama knew this. They also know that there is no ruling authority and vague and contradictory case law surrounding the issue. Hence, they felt safe in their deliberate and malicious attack on the Constitution
This isn't just about Obama. The Constitution has been weakened, the security of the nation is affected, and the office of President has been damaged.
The only Constitutional way out of this danger is to get the SCOTUS involved. Individual states must pass Eligibility Laws requiring Presidential Candidates to establish documentary evidence of their right to run for the office. Then, if a candidate claims eligibility, and is denied it by state law, the candidate would have to bring suit in Federal Court. THEN, AND ONLY THEN, would the SCOTUS get to decide, among other things what a "Natural Born Citizen" is and settle it once and for all.
This fight is not ready for court. Where it should be taking place is on the State House floor in as many states as possible. Instead of well-meaning and patriotic "Birthers" carrying the attack to the enemy, it should be our elected Republican representatives ... not one of whom has spoken out on the issue of Constitutional Eligibility.
Haley Barbour, where are you. Orrin Hatch, where are you? Some Republican elected official ... a State representative,...a State Senator ...a Mayor, a City Council Member, a Sheriff ... speak up. One Republican Senator speaking out would, right now, be worth a thousand Orly Taitz or Alan Keyes, desperately searching for legal formulae that the courts can accept.
We need the law.
Excellent summary ....
Why would documents be required in this case? It is known and admitted by Obama that his father was not an American citizen. Why isn't that fact alone sufficent for a court case or for congress to remove him?
The movie is: Eleni, with Kate Nelligan, John Malkovich and Linda Hunt, it is very good./Just Asking - seoul62......
Bingo.
The issues you bring up are precisely what many have been talking about. It’s why McCain would have been confirmed legitimately as a NBC, BOTH Of his parents are American, regardless of where HE was born, his father’s citizenship (sit down feminists, Law is historically based, and right now that is a citizenship issue that has yet to be dealt with by the legal system, mom’s citizenship does not carry the same weight as Dad’s). Obama isn’t a Natural Born Citizen of the US. He is a Natural Born Citizen of Great Britain. He may be Indonesian. But otherwise, he is at the very least, British by birth.
We have an Usurper in the White house, and I think it is time to remove him. Legally.
Ahh, first posting of your latest ‘children’ version. Very nice devolve.
Thanks all for the pings
Is it a Class Action? I wonder if we could get a class action started on behalf of all of the citizens of the USA.
I didn’t know mother’s citizenship carried less weight. However, since the mother was not 18, meaning PBO was the product of a statutory rape, her ability to pass along her citizenship is definitely weakened.
.
Thanks potlatch
I thought of several row of Children
But I kept it simpler and focused
Yep. Historically it is the Father’s citizenship that matters. It was never dealt with when the Women’s suffrage movement occurred. A single Mom under the age of bestowal, or married for that matter, has to rely on the father’s citizenship. The father could be 13 and still that would carry more weight.
It was just never legally dealt with as far as I know. I am no legal expert however. I could be wrong.
Bookmarked....excellent post.
I have read of Hawaii's desire for independence more recently. It does make you wonder . . .

The simplest explanation is that BHO was born in Hawaii.
Any claim that he was born elsewhere requires much supposition and speculation. Not to mention conspiracies to produce forged or falsified documents, and the coordinated efforts of Hawaiian state officials to issue cannily worded official statements that obfuscate the truth.
