Pelosi signed two Official Certifications of Nomination for Obama and Biden at the DNC Convention last August. Read the language carefully and note the difference between them:

Every copy I have seen online of an Hawaii CoLB has shown the place of birth as Oahu, County Honolulu. Isn’t that a little odd? Surely one or two should be from another island or another county?
Makes me think that ALL Certifications of Live Birth, Accepted OR Filed, bear that same information. (Until someone shows something different, anyway).
So, the original birth certificate for a child born in Hawaii shows the details relevant to the birth, and can be amended,(CHANGE OF NAME, ADOPTION ETC.,) with amendements shown only on the original.
Or, a late Certification could be applied for, (up until 1972 IIRC) whereby an out-of-state birth could be registered, and FILED. Again, this information remains on the original document...
When a ‘copy’, a Certification of Live Birth is requested, it’s by no means a ‘copy’ of the original birth certificate, it’s simply a standard form on which, as we know, the parents, the parents Race and the name of the child are shown.
Are you with me? The Place of Birth OAHU and the County HONOLULU may simply relate to the location of the OFFICE where the document was issued.
Therefor every CoLB shows the same, Place of Birth OAHU, County, HONOLULU.
AND THAT MAKES EVERYONE WHO HAS A COLB A CITIZEN OF THE US???
The next question might be, just how many people does this apply to? Thousands?
Two submissions and one with no the reference to the Constitution deliberately deleted. Makes you wonder why.

On August 25 to 28, 2008, the Democratic Party had its Nominating Convention in Denver, Colorado. As a result of that convention, Nancy Polosi, as the Chair of the Democratic National Convention, on August 28, 2008, signed and certified, among other things, that Obama was “duly nominated” at that convention as the Democratic Party candidate for President of the United States. The DNC thereafter provided this certification to the various Secretaries of States (SOS). Nowhere in Pelosi’s certificaton does it say that the DNC Party nominated a person who is Article II qualified, i.e., an Article II “natural born Citizen.” Nancy Pelosi, who was a participant in the Joint Session of Congress which confirmed the ineligible candidate, aided the process of electing an ineligible candidate by causing the party to not adequately vet the candidate at or before the nominating convention. She signed the certification (see the link below for a view of the certification signed in Colorado and sent to South Carolina) and it was passed along to all the respective Secretaries of State. The certification had the weight of authority and it carried that authority into the public’s and SOSs’ eyes. But the document does not say that the candidate was Article II constitutionally qualified. Both the public and the several SOSs all assumed that if the DNC nominated this person, the DNC must have checked him out and he must therefore be qualified to be President. Pelosi signed the example below before a notary in Colorado. The certification then was sent to South Carolina.

The final source for the rest of the article was NOT yours but a different one. Remember things get posted and cross posted and the original is not always clearly defined. Nor the one someone like you posts since you indicate where you found it,not where it necessarily originated..
Alan has had articles he wrote himself not just posted from another site appear all over the place without attribution to him when he was the writer not just the poster. He smiles an dmoves on knowing the message, teh important part, got out.

I just wish a more competent attorney had gotten this case in front of Judge Carter. I understand a coupe of the plaintiffs dropped Orly. Will they be involved in discovery with different counsel? Who would that counsel be?
Thanks for the ping. I think the Sup. Ct. has already decided it’s better not to open Pandora’s box, for fear of civil disturbance, exacerbating racial tension, or whatever. They’ve put themselves in the position of protecting 0bama “for the greater good.” Ironic. What follows is on them. The heroes are the many who have put much effort into uncovering the secrets of The One.
