Do you think it’s Health Care that’s got him thinking one term? Don’t be fooled President Barry Soltero is not that noble. He’s not going to pin his entire presidency on the fight over Health Care. He’s not that principled President Bush maybe but not Barry. (see story)
How do I know? He’s already floated the possibility of no “public option” before Democrats slapped him back into their reality. The public option is the fundamental reason that Democrats want public health care but at the first sign of resistance Barry sends the message that he was willing to give it up in order to get a health care compromise. So again Barry’s not that principled so what’s the real story?

Impeachment is for Presidents who misbehave, not for usurpers. If he is not eligible, the office is vacant, and has been since January 20th.
But, if his ineligibility is proven, it will produce a smell of a hess, legally speaking. It would probably keep lawyers employed, and well paid, for decades.
What do you mean "another" Barack is only half black. Less than that really since the Obama half is partly semetic, as in Arab. OTOH, if his baby daddy was Malcom X or some other American of African heritage, he's still less than half black.

That's my understanding of it also. But is the public aware of this? There are many people still around and voting who remember the impeached Clinton and the almost-impeached Nixon (both natural-born citizens eligible for the office).
Sometimes I think it would be a good idea to circulate little pocket copies of the Constitution to people (after the manner of religious tracts), with Article II section 1 clause 5 marked with a highlighter or Post-it note or something. It would be a means of raising public consciousness.
That’s why I consider that account rather apochryphal.

Once again, there is no constitutional provision for enforcement of the removal of someone in the office of POTUS who is not who he is supposed to be. It is like the gap in the constitution that does not designate who is responsible to vet proof of identity.
This is the “loophole” principle of Common Law, that unless something is specifically against the law, and that law is enforceable from a designated authority, it is legal. (That is, like with alcohol prohibition, being made a constitutional amendment was not enough, it also had to have “enabling legislation” to be enforced.)
I might add that we need *more* of this principle, not less, as the federal government has gone far beyond any possible constitutional limits to its authority. America would be a lot freer if the feds couldn’t write whimsical laws about every dang thing.
“Old European” law, which is mostly from the French Code Civil, which itself is derived from Napoleonic Law, that in turn comes from Roman Law, does *not* have this “Loophole” philosophy, so that unless something is pre-approved by the government and written into law, it is inherently *illegal*. Which sucks.
In any event, back to sitting president Barrio, even if he pulled off his mask to reveal a lizard face, there is no legal remedy other than impeachment, for his removal from office.
if Barry O. was adopted then he would have been issued a new Birth Certificate and there would be box filled in that says “Ammended”. Meaning there is an additional page explaining why he has an “Ammended” Birth Certificate.
The fact remains, adopted or not, Bozo needs to produce his original BC and all his records from his past, just like all other Presidents have had to do.

You can change your name back to your birth name or even create a whole identity, with a name.
However, you cannot change the information in your birth Certificate, at all.
Not ammended, nothing.

If I cared I could order the ammended info but, who cares. I know I don’t.
I know all my relatives, on both sides and I know what is in the ammended file.
Actually, he cannot be impeached if he is found ineligable per the constitution. He is removed, any thing he signed is moot, which is laws, ammendments, finance reform, appointments (SCOTUS), he would then be arrested, found not to be a US Citizen, ie Illegal Alien, his aunty would be deported, he imprisoned. Joe Biden was elected VP, not President, but until a general election JB would fill in, unless the congress puts in the only other man to run for President...McCain
I wonder who is going to riot? Look at history, and look where the riots happen, and who gets looted. Its all in only one back yard, and it stays there. If it goes anywhere else. I suspect it will result in a lot of bloodshed.
The rule of law prevails. He is removed, there is a general election within 90 days. Until then, the VP steps in, and the speaker of the house.
Our constitution is set up correctly and the rule of succession is in place. Fear mongering is set up to disrupt the uneducated on the subject. Read up on it and relax.
