Well he’s thinking about it! What in the world would make a president think that he is only a one term president? Whatever that is President Barry Soltero is thinking about it! (see 1:24min video)
Do you think it’s Health Care that’s got him thinking one term? Don’t be fooled President Barry Soltero is not that noble. He’s not going to pin his entire presidency on the fight over Health Care. He’s not that principled President Bush maybe but not Barry. (see story)
How do I know? He’s already floated the possibility of no “public option” before Democrats slapped him back into their reality. The public option is the fundamental reason that Democrats want public health care but at the first sign of resistance Barry sends the message that he was willing to give it up in order to get a health care compromise. So again Barry’s not that principled so what’s the real story?

It’s purely anecdotal but an anonymous conservative ran into Scalia at a cocktail party and asked him about the NBC issue. “I know,” Scalia supposedly said, “but it takes four.”
Obama has almost single-handedly assured that there will not be another black man as President of the United States for the foreseeable future!
If we just get Ohio, Florida, Texas, and two or three more states. He couldn't run without producing the long form BC because there would be no way he could come up with enough EC votes to win.
How many state officials (SoCs) will sprout the stones and challenge his ballot application to prove eligibility next time? Did he prevaricate, along with the DNC, on 50 ballot applications in stating he was “eligible” in 2008? Just askin’....

I believe the American electorate will determine Obama’s fate and that he will have little real choice in the matter.
Maybe he will end up being “promoted” to some kind of UN job.

PS Anyone having information regarding Obama being inelegible for office and, having the power to do something, ignored the issue has committed a crime against the Constitution, and our country.

And I think that is a shame, because I really do believe that EVERYONE should be judged by their abilities and the content of their character.
Obama is such a weak minded person he can’t take the stress of one term without major health problems he looks in bad shape now wait one year.
One term is all he needs to do real damage to this country. Look at what he has done in less than one year.
IMO, he's not even going to do that. I think the end of his administration will come next year.

That’s just what I thought at the time. It takes four to put it on the docket, and then after the case is heard, it takes five to find against the defendent.
The critical thing was to get it on the docket. I wondered at the time which of the four conservatives refused to put it on the docket. Stevens, the swing vote, wouldn’t be needed until after the case was then heard.
Obama is will to serve one term, like Castro is serving one term.
He is hiding it for a reason, what that reason is no one except Bozo knows for sure.

IIRC, it was Orly Taitz who had that conversation with Scalia, but I think it was at a book signing or some other setting like that.
However, given her inability to accurately summarize a conversation, I don’t trust her version of the events. She butchered and completely misrepresented her interaction with Chief Justice Roberts.
I suspect that behind the scenes, the SCOTUS quietly discovered that Obama is not native born, but true to form, they decided it would be too disruptive to the nation to point that out, in that he could only be removed by impeachment, which is impossible with this congress.
So the alternative is to let him know that there will be no second term, as well as notifying the two political parties that they had better darn well not let this sort of thing happen again.
