no the name is NOT soltero, and we don't know what name is on his BS. Soetoro is closer in spelling than soltero. His real father was, supposedly, Barrack senior, therefore that name should be on his BC. Soetoro(or whatever)was his step father, so we know that name would not be on the BC, he was supposedly adopted by his step father, or at least so I've read, but was he? Who knows? and that is the whole problem in a nut shell: No one knows anything about this idiot and that is the reason we want his BS to be shown and his school records and any other record we can squeeze out of him.
