Obama Re-Unites the States! - Via 2nd, 9th and 10th Amendment Measures
AIP News ^ | June 25, 2009 | JB Williams

Obama and his Marxist minions thought that the 2008 election gave them an unfettered mandate to dismantle our Constitutional Republic by establishing a One World secular socialist powerhouse in Washington DC, forever running roughshod over the people and the states without any worry of revolt or reprisal. They were horrifically mistaken! This is not democracy, its fascist totalitarianism, and our Founding documents provide the people a peaceful remedy.

Our nation’s Founders not only anticipated a day when the federal government would become destructive of the desired ends, Life, Liberty, individual Freedom and Happiness, - they provided the mechanisms by which to thwart such evil and preserve freedom for future generations.

In my search for an answer to the most common question from readers today, “What can we do to stop the Marxist Obamanation from destroying our country?” – I have come across countless well-indented and energetic initiatives by an increasingly desperate population; from the TEA Party movement to the “birther” movement aimed at making Barack Obama keep his campaign lie, to be an ethical “transparent” president, and many more.

Many speak of a second Civil War, or an armed Revolution to re-instate the 2nd, 9th and 10th Amendments and the values enumerated in our founding documents. But most Americans remain hopeful that a peaceful solution can be found and I believe that a peaceful solution has been found, though I expect that the ultimate leftist reaction to the measure will not be peaceful at all. Because the left does not know or respect America’s founding principles, they will be blind-sided by them when the time comes.

I hope you’re right, but don’t count on it. Politicians at ANY level, federal or state, are interested in power, first and foremost. Just as Washington politicians have sold out the nation and the American people, state politicians will cheerfully sell out their states for the right “incentives.” The one great blunder made by the founders was the failure to include term limits in the Constitution. They believed the people would overturn any government, long before it became as corrupt as ours. So although I’d be pleased if you turned out right, I’m betting on the armed revolution.

Stage One – The Tenth Amendment- By the States claiming their soverienty.

Stage Two – Enforcement and the Second Amendment - States claim their rights to regulate weapons.

The Final Stage – Retaking Total Power - 3/4 states do the above and Fed Power is superceded.

The above condensed from the Article.

I have a feeling the Statesmen founders who wrote the Constitution couldn't perceive of people actually wanting to be career politicians.. for them, they had to leave their farms, stores, churches and families, and travel far away just to argue with other folks for no monetary benefit. They probably never expected that becoming a politician could make you a millionaire.

Exactly right... all politicians are driven by self-preservation. We need to dictate what it takes for them to save themselves.

The term “United States” was termed by John Jay when he negotiated the Jay Treaty that ended the revolutionary war. John Jay insisted that King George regard the former colonies as “States”. Up to that point a “State” was a sovereign nation like France or Spain. Therefore the thirteen colonies had become thirteen thirteen sovereign states (or Nations) that united to become the Republic known (thanks to Jay) as the “United States of America”

PS
John Jay is my great great great great great grandfather.

They saw it coming, and that’s why they made serving a part-time under-paid position that only accomplished individuals could afford to serve in... Under their design, no term limits were needed.

Only after we let politicians turn political office into the best get-rich-quick scheme in America did term limits become attractive.

Take away their salary, their benefits, their pension and make it a part-time job again, and watch how fast they lose interest in the job...

All it takes is ONE state to not forward gathered tax revenue to the Federal Government for one month.

That can be done the State’s congress.

Worthless efforts are as effective as pointless words.

Your citizens grand jury approach has no legal standing. You want change? Get citizens to change their voting approaches.

Here is another quote that is in very danger from an usurper, an illegal alien and TREASON in the W.H., on the march of destroying the "United States"!!!

Patrick Henry's "Treason" speech: "'Give me Liberty, or give me Death'!" is a famous quotation attributed to Patrick Henry from a speech he made to the Virginia Convention.

Go ahead and live in your own delusions about citizens grand juries. The world will wait breathlessly for your next indictment with utterly no legal standing.

Why not conduct a mass “civil disobedience” by refusing to complete and return the upcoming census forms?

In fact, have as many people as you can muster across the United States gather together on a certain day in their local communities and have a census form burning party?

Give the feds the signal that we will not comply with any “mandates” they believe they have for destroying our constitution.

What are they going to do to enforce noncompliance? It’s not like we’re refusing to pay taxes which have real punishable laws attached to it - has anyone ever heard of an American being jailed for refusing to complete a census form?

"Yes, yes they can."

Do governors have the power to arm their state militias? For example, could Governor Perry purchase M-16 and M-4 rifles and M-9 pistols to arm the volunteer Texas State Guard?

Perhaps if all laws expired five years from their creation date, and if each law must be fully read into the record in order to be renewed.

That would put a governor on the government. Even with their little speed-reader trick we would come out ahead.

Then tie salaries to the median income, and benefits to median levels. They can make more money only by making the country more prosperous.

No matter how bad term limits might be with respect to losing good, experienced people, they are offset by orders of magnitude in getting rid of the bad ones. Although cream rises to the top, so does scum.
