What comes to mind is them feeding the GPS data to PREDATOR drones that will take out the homes of “right-wing extremists.”
One B-52 fully loaded could control a large city using these coordinates.
Now, now...Obama would never terrorize a city from the air...

So, that they will know to avoid Republican homeowners during the Census to and to concentrate on low-income Democrat residents, and then use this intel to redraw districts in the Democrats’ favor, making it impossible for a Republican to win anying.
Did you just hear on the news that they are going to implement GPS as mandatory in our cars too.

This is the digital equivalent of marking homes with little jewish stars.
Using GPS map data along with answers on the census form to predict probable party affiliation they will be able to do a pretty good job gerrymandering voting didtricts.
They are still civilians. They wouldn’t have access to that stuff.
However, Civilian GPS is accurate within inches now, so it doesn’t really matter anymore. And, they could also use GLONASS (Russian GPS) or the Chinese version.
I do geocaching and usually a marker is something on the GPS unit. You might mark your trail so as to be able to find the way back to your car.
Once they have conducted this survey, the list will be available to local and state governments for review. During the review period, groups can point out where the census people have missed residences.
The result of this will be the list of residences for which census data will be requested in 2010.
