That’s what Leonard Riggio, founder and chairman of the Barnes & Noble bookstore chain says. According to him, anyone who would dare place a book with a picture of a monkey next to a book with a picture of Obama has committed a hate crime, and belongs in a federal prison.
This malicious and despicable act is nothing short of a hate crime, which should be punishable under federal statutes.
Of course, Barnes & Noble is always screaming “free speech” and “stop censorship” when Christians ask them not to sell blasphemous or obscene books. Free speech is for porno; it’s not for ridiculing Obama.
You got that right.

I dom’t go to Barnes and Noble either and they are right down the street from me. I will shop at every other store; except them.
Why is it poor taste?
We all bear a resemblance, a distant one, to the simians. What is happening here, is the suppression of expression. Freedom of expression can be beautiful, happy, tragic, and at times ugly. If we are going to outlaw things that offend us, then obummer would be against the law.
I suspected that I was in enemy territory when I saw the featured books displayed on a table at the front entrance, and my suspicion was soon confirmed as I browsed through the aisles. The store's employees and many of the other browsers appeared to be stuck in a time warp somewhere around 1971, give or take a couple of years.
I checked the parking lot out front for rusty VW buses with hand painted flowers and peace symbols, but apparently the time warp inside the store didn't extend to the outdoors.

You live by the sword you die by the sword, that is if you can’t handle what you dish out being used against you then you should have kept your dam attack machine silent on the this insult on the first place.
Politics is allot like a pick-up basketball game, you can’t elbow your opponent in the head and ignore the fact that the other team wants to win just as badly and that you have now set the ground-rules that are going to be followed.
So, for my money, Chimp season is open for business and Zero is the new primate of choice.
