DP or life in prison
Either way, I hope that the jury returns a verdict soon.
Hopefully, at that point, various gagged parties may start to talk.
I would like to hear from the following parties:
DW
DW's buddies from Dad's that night.
The LE officer that interviewed Keith Stone.
The jury...for the "beyond a reasonable doubt" evidence.
Andrew Kemal
Barb Easton
Feldman, Boyce, etc.
Someone WILL talk after the gag order has expired...hopefully

Feb was when the bill was due for vd's work? How can you tell? I'll be back in a few

Just a guess...when did they have the work done to restore the interior of their home?
I thought it was mid to late Feb...could have been later, I don't know.
In any case, if I'm not paid on one of my deals upon completion, I will file within 30 to 60 days.
With some people, the longer you wait, the more they dig their heels in.

JJ, welcome back. Hope you can handle the Smokey Back Room this early in your recovery process.
If I had a lot of money and knew your address, I'd send you a big box of Godiva chocolates to help you get well. I know well the healing powers of chocolate.
Take care, JJ and don't be a pain in the butt to your wife as you recuperate.

The gag orders will never expire until DW is executed, as I understand it. They are to remain in effect through the entire appeals process.
I think several books will be written. Maybe there, we heard the whole story. Or, atleast more of it.
So many unanswered questions!

I just posted the following on the other thread, any ideas?

A question just entered my mind,
Why was it so "important" that Danielle was taken from her room by a stranger.
IMO, the case against DW would have been much more believable under the scenario that Danielle "sleepwalked" out of the house and DW saw her, grabbed her and took her.
If that had been the explanation, even I would have bought it...but there is no way I'm buying that a drunken stranger staggered past the dog, up the stairs, grabbed the girl, went down the stairs, past the dog again and took her away.
Why was the house entry central to the prosecution's case? Anyone have an idea?
Leaving for the evening, will check later

"don't be a pain in the butt to your wife as you recuperate."
From Mrs. JJ:
Based on past experience, I expect that the 'pain' has been removed and that he'll be back his cheerful, pleasant, old self.

I agree that there is so much here that is unexplained.
How can everyone ignore 4 bugsperts that say that DW couldn't have dumped the body.
Even if DW was involved, the story has never made sense. Others have to be involved.
It's very likely that Danielle's killer(s) is (are) getting away.
This whole mess makes much more sense if the known child porno ring in SD is involved.

It's a good thing we don't buy cars the way we deal (don't deal) with the medical business. The car salesman would decide all the details of which car you need, give it to you and tell you later how much your going to pay for it.Isn't that true
Hope you heal quickly John

I don't know if you are reading this or not, but here goes.
David Westerfield has been proven guilty in a court of law and he's been sentenced to death for the murder of Danielle Van Dam. It has also been revealed that Westerfield's lawyers knew he was guilty and that they attempted to mislead the jury by ruining the reputation of the victim's parents.
How do you like your crow, medium rare or well done?
To: Commander8
"""ruining the reputation of the victim's parents."""
They did not need Feldmen to do that.. they pretty much did that on their own by their own actions...
Now they put them selves in the media every chance they get... so I don't see how any one could trash them more than they have already trashed themselves..
