Oh, just throwing another possible theory out there. There was a lawyer on one of the threads one day that said sometimes the defense is working with the DA and not for the client.

Bassclef. you're back. Ready for a threadjackel smacking good time?
To: Jaded
Jaded, did you get the e-mail I sent you? I am trembling w/ anticipation awaiting your opinion.
To: alexandria
Yes, I did get your e-mail. It's fine. Faulkner was a harder one to do because of the nature of his testimony. Bugs... ick.
If you'd like another, there are about 17 left. Oooh, here they are....
Ronald Hugh Doughtery - SDPD
Michael J. Fisher - SDPD- Interrogation
Frank Gerbac - Detective- SDPD
Timothy C. Hall - Detective- SDPD
Wiliam Holmes - Detective- SDPD
Howard LaBore - Detective- SDPD
Karen Lealcala - criminalist- SDPD
Lewis Maddox - Director Cellmark
Richard Maler - Detective- SDPD
David Morris - Detective- SDPD
Paul Redden SDPD- Interrogation
Greg Sheets - Verizon Wireless
Mark Tallman - Detective- SDPD
Johanna Thrasher - Detective- SDPD
Pat Wertheim - Fingerprint Analyst Arizona DPS
Donna Williams - SDPD
I think these people are pretty much secondary, except maybe Redden and LeAlcala.
I appreciate the time and effort you put into it. Hopefully this will all come together in the next couple of weeks.

Hello UCANSEE2, although I'm not new to these threads, I usually don't talk much. Mostly read.
And, even though I still agree with most everything you say, I just wonder what you saw on DW's face the other day that was new (to the camera, anyway).
All along, I saw him as being innocent, until his facial expressions the other day. I admit, that's pretty lame, but it was more of a gut feeling watching him.
JLO
(ps, I still wonder about Damon as being somehow involved perhaps. He's way too nonchalant on the stand.)

What facial expressions?...What did you observe that was different?
To: Guenevere
Guenevere, JLO is probably speaking of the look on DW's face expressing the tremendous feelings of helplessnes and greif he is feeling. The ones that, no doubt, the excessive amount of anti-depressants they've been feeding him won't mask.
To: alexandria
I appreciate your reply.
The only expressions I saw were the anguish and misery while listening to his sister & good friends & other family members testify.
His sister especially evoked strong feelings from him, and who can blame him.
There is obviously much love & respect there.
Do you really think they have him on antidepressants?
....I guess that would certainly make sense.....I don't know how I could sit through day after day if I didn't have some kind of calming medicine.
Even with that, if that's the case, he looks like he's self-destructing from the inside out.
..Something is causing his head to tremor.....and he looks like he's in a living hell (not of his own making, I might add)
A few days ago, you mentioned --in a reply to my post--that if folks wanted to encourage him, they should, as you think he will be on a suicide watch if left alone.
Does that still stand.

Oh, just throwing another possible theory out there. There was a lawyer on one of the threads one day that said sometimes the defense is working with the DA and not for the client. Ding! Ding! Ding! I think we have a winner here. Feldy seemed to start out strong but he seemed to take a powder as the case went on. His cross against the Van Dams was lame! All he did was lecture them instead of questioning the parts of their stories that didn't add up.
We heard from another poster recently that the cops recommended Feldy to DW. It's a win-win situation -- the DA wins the case, Feldy owns DW's house. Through the last few weeks of the case, I imagined a bubble over DW's head with the words "I wish I'd hired another lawyer..."
Feldy was like Woody Allen on speed out there. What a nightmare!

We have a trial going on in Austin for the murder of 4 girls back in 1991. Suspects were finally brought in back in 1999. The main evidence appears to be a taped confession to police. The trial is not be covered on TV, but a local news station "found" a copy of the police "interview" which was "accidently" dropped by a defense lawyer...
This "interrogation" seems a little over the top to me.
This first link contains a brief story and link to parts of the video:
http://www.kxan.com/Global/story.asp?s=911475.
This second link is covers a little more of the interrogation and in particular the part about the cop using a gun as a "prop" to help get information:

BTW, I don't know the connection Kim has with the Admin, but I do believe it exists. The following post of mine may shed some light.
SHe told us to take it to the backroom.
Isn't it interesting that Kim knows the sex of the moderator? Hmmmmmmm

-Lame defense-
Could be. Hind sight is 20X20. I could think of questions that I still need answers for. What time did Brenda take the 3 kids out of school? What was Danielle wearing Fri 2/1? When did Danielle last wear the PJ's that were found on the floor? When did Danielle wear the jeans, shirt, socks, and undies found in a pile on her floor?
Would like to hear from Danielle's H/R teacher what was her attendance record?
Would have liked to see the "Silver Journal" The VD's did not read from that one.

I have a question that I'm sure was answered long ago but I don't remember. What time did DW leave Dad's & what time was he seen the next AM? Does he have an alibi for this time?
To: Ditter
Well, I guess DW's alibi can be taken as truthfully as the VD's. DW said he was drunk after DAD's and sleeping in the AM. The VD's said they were sleeping in the AM also, after they they consumed all they did.
To: juzcuz
At home alone, drunk & sleeping is not much of an alibi. Do you know the *time* DW left Dad's? Did any neighbors report seeing his car at home?
To: Ditter
The VD's at Home and loaded in the AM, who know's on what, is not much of an alibi either. Do you know what time the VD's came and left from their home that night along with, all the invited strangers that did or did not show? Did any neighbors report seeing the VD's Van or Suv home or other strange vehicles?
To: juzcuz
If you don't want to answer my questions, thats fine. Someone else will. I didn't ask about the VD's alibis because I remembered them, I didn't remember DW's.
To: Ditter
Oh, I thought you were being flaming... I didn't know that you really wanted to know.
DW Left at about 11:00 or before Midnight from Dad's.

SHe told us to take it to the backroom. I did see that, but I was trying not to be banned. One can only say so much in response to a Kimmie Porn post. All members are subject to the whim of the moderators. Please be cautious!!
