Today, I had a conversation with an investigator from the Cold Case Posse in AZ. We talked and I expanded on several dossiers filled with evidence for over an hour. They asked for all of my relevant information on Obama, the Harry Bounel alias evidence, and the dossiers I completed on Stanley Ann Dunham, her parents, and Michelle Obama as well. They have it all. BTW they also say that it looks like my information cannot be disproved and will be useful.
I have proof, definitive proof that Stanley Ann Dunham was in WA state in "1961" as per the issuance of a SSN numident in her name with the SSN 535-40-8522. There is no way that she was in HI and I have proof because in the fall she was in college in WA, not HI.

Barry’s conception is estimated to have occurred in late October 1960 or early November 1960. I haven’t seen any evidence placing Stanley Ann and Malcolm X together at that time.
I started what turned out to be a 1000+ comment thread inviting FReepers to provide evidence linking Malcolm X to Barry as his dad (or Valerie Sarruf as his mom) and I don’t think any contemporaneous, verifiable, corroborated evidence was offered in any comment on the thread below or anywhere else that I have seen.

Of course, Maricopa Co. Sheriff Arpaio can drive over to Maricopa Co. resident and DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano’s house and ask for them. DHS is the custodian of immigration records.
If necessary, Sheriff Arpaio can obtain a search warrant. And since Sheriff Arpaio is conducting a criminal investigation, he could call D.C. Police Chief Cathy Lanier and ask for cross-jurisdictional cooperation to conduct a search at DHS in DC.
Even better, since Sheriff Arapio has determined Obama’s BC posted on the WH website is a forgery, it’s not unreasonable to assume Obama is an immigrant to the U.S. Consequently, he can place Secretary Napolitano under arrest as a co-conspirator in elections fraud and indentity theft.

So your attempt at an apology contains an additional insult to some FReepers who know the origin of the term “birther” which I try to always use in quotations.
That said, some FReepers and constitutionalists seem to have become OK with the term “birther” as short-hand, just as Obots have of late embraced Obamacare as a short name for something that everyone understands but which started out as pejorative.
That makes sense to me too. It does make for another explanation. She did not have to “cross over into Canada” from a church home in Seattle for delivery, that way.
Using a Canadian hospital to control costs has always seemed a bit weak and no one ever posted any firm facts.

IMO as a CPA and CFE, Barry’s purchase of the home at a below market price constituted a criminal political pay-off.

I don’t have time right now to go back but I did locate two cases a few years back where an elected official was “removed” from office because of a lack of eligibility that was found after the election. No impeachment necessary.

The application form has a May 22, 1959 date with a Mercer Island home address.
Hendershoot’s information says her number was issued between 1959 and 1961 and he seems to think this is incriminating in some way, but I don’t see it yet.
If she applied in 1961 while in WA before the birth then he might have something, but I haven’t seen anything that calls this 1959 SS application into question.

I don’t feel much need to argue with anybody about the state of our country anymore. IMO by April 14, 2014 all but about 20% will be ready to march on D.C. with torches and pitchforks.

IMO there is no evidence to support any claim that SADOS ever lost custody of Barry. For tax purposes IRS regs allowed the grandparents to claim a dependent deduction for Barry if they were providing more than 50% of his support at the time having nothing to do with legal custody.
As of the SADOS Soetoro divorce, Barry was STILL a “child of the marriage” over age 18 at the time.
There was previous link provided to me by “chicken head” with a reference msg 274. Msg 274 was an image of the Soetoro tax return, 1973, where Maya was named as the sole dependent on the Soetoro’s return.
Obama was 12 years old in 1973. If Stanley Ann and Lolo Soetoro had custody of Obama, then they would have claimed him as a dependent on their tax return. In 1973, Obama was in the legal custody of Catholic Social Services of Connecticut. It was Catholic Social Services of Connecticut that applied for Obama’s SSN in 1977 as his legal custodian.
I don’t post copies of any evidence I have proving Obama is ineligible because OBOTS begin to scrub the evidence from government offices and manipulate the narrative as soon as its posted. The best approach is to publicly state why Obama is ineligible and then overwhelm the opposition after all Motions to Dismiss are overcome.
