I think SAD arrived at the office with all the paperwork. Some one in the office then sat with her and explained how to fill out the form. She explained Barak was no longer a citizen, and the State department worker then told her to put his name down, with his new name that corresponds to her documents, and then strike it out. This complies with the documents instructions. His status had to be recorded in the renewal process because he is on the original passport being renewed, and this was the method to do it.

What is interesting here is this is a historic document. It is the earliest US document that we have for Barak Obama, and it states he is not a US citizen. For history buffs, this is incredible. We can safely say have a president who gave up his US citizenship, but we have no documentation that he later regained his US citizenship after this document was created.

His Presidency truly is historic. She is renewing an old passport, not amending, like changeing her name. The renewal requires that foreign citizen , such as Indonesians, be removed in the renewal process.

No, it doesn't. Your interpretation of the instructions does not make sense to any reasonable person.

She is renewing an old passport, not amending, like changeing her name. The renewal requires that foreign citizen , such as Indonesians, be removed in the renewal process.

The removal of anyone from a passport would certainly be an amendment. It says right on the application form: "Amend to include (exclude) children".

As you can see there a LOT of sites that will inform you as to my “fascinating world”, aka REALITY.

I have no doubt that there are a lot of sites that will inform me about your fascinating world. But it's not the world most of us live in.

From your favorite link, henrymakow.com: Does a Satanic Cult Rule the World?

This is apparently an article he considers to be among his finest works, as it's permanently linked from the front page. I guess this is what you consider to be "research."

Add me to the list of FReepers.

I would like to know what this infamous “old school” screen name was.

I mean if someone is gonna throw the noob insult around with a “born on date” of 2009-12-07 well......

that person should put up or shut up.

What exactly does that mean, “step out from behind a screen name”?

Where you banned? I hate to break it to you, but you are still posting “behind a screen name”.

Again I say, put up or shut up.

Sorry but lil' jeremiah attacked me:

You’re an idiot.

Sorry to be blunt, but there it is.

Or a troll.

One or the other. Or it could be both.

So?..If these weenies ( Rush, Hannity, and Levin) will wilt at the thought of a little ridicule, would any **rational** person think they will stand tall in the face of real tyranny? Only a fool would do so.

No, no,....These guys have gonads the size of dust mites! If true tyranny comes to our nation, these yappers will sell their talents to the fascist oligarchy. They will spit shine the jack boots crushing our necks.

Nice sentiment....but I feel these guys, like everyone else on the planet, has to “Choose the hill they want to die on”

If that “hill” is untenable, they poison all the good they could do if they stayed in the fight to fight for the issues that represent the best in conservative values overall. Now if congress or the courts showed the slightest modicum of taking this issue to task, it might be worth fighting the good fight over...after all that is why we have 3 branches of Government, for checks and balances...and even the most conservative of our legislators or justices have left this go by the wayside I do not expect pundits will do this on there own.

My jury is still out. You’ve only had a few posts from May 2010 until now. These 2 gave me pause. For now, I won’t call you troll again, but I’ll be watching. :P

I don't post to keep up a minimum count. If a topic interests me, I'll read and maybe comment. I don't even troll while fishing, not sporting.

It also says to strike out Alien Citizens who were once US citizens.

Your interpretation makes no sense.

An amendment occurs prior to or after a renewal or issuance.
I don't amend a renewal on an insurance policy. I renew and drop or add coverage to the new term. She is in effect dropping coverage on something no longer covered. An Indonesian boy. She is not amending. She is renewing. It had to be recorded. And so it was.

Just wait, you are going to see similar examples from that office. Soebarka was adopted and became a citizen. Indonesia did not allow dual citizens.

Soebarkah was there at the sit down with SAD and the US consulate. The consulate gave him a lolly pop and asked Soebarkah if he would like to go to America. Soebarkah became enraged and spouted “Death to America! Death to Infidels! Allah Akbar!!”. That was the confirmation the consulate needed, and he then signs the renewal process with Soebarkah struck out as an alien. The record was established, Obama, not a US citizen.

One more thing. If adding Soebarka was a mistake, they could have ripped the page up and put a blank page in its place. Why strike out his name? Just rip up the page and put a blank page in its place. He is the only Info on that page.

No, it's obvious it was intended to record loss of citizenship. You will see. More documents with similar markings are coming.

@ jamese777 and curiosity ...

Has this individual resorted to personal attacks due to lack of facts?

Just checking, thanks!

I see above his name, the block of data, it is there to Amend the children covered. It is there to Amend to either include or exclude children. So, he is put there and then stuck out, intentionally. On the renewal she is allowed to drop or include new children.

The document specifically states that declared aliens are to be Struck out. Obama is Struck out.

The document is a renewal process, indicating Soebarkah is an Indonesian citizen. Soebarkah is an Indonesian. He may not be getting dropped. He is a Minor child of an American citizen that needs to travel with her, but he is being identified as an Indonesian by being struck out. This is pretty clear.

it will show that the State of Hawaii considered him to be born out-of-wedlock since his father was already married in Kenya and bigamy is illegal in the U.S.

1) Since Hawaii has no statutory limitations for annulment on the grounds of bigamy, Stanley Ann could have filed for an annulment, but she did not. She filed for a divorce, which was granted by a court of law. A court cannot dissolve something UNLESS it is first recognized as being 'legal'.

2) Citizenship is based on the FATHER of the child, not the HUSBAND of the mother, so the question of the legitimacy of the marriage is pretty much immaterial in the first place.

Maybe SAD didn't have another copy of the form. And maybe page 2 is the back of page 1.

Yes, she is allowed to AMEND her passport to add or drop children. That would be an AMENDMENT and if she was doing that, she or the passport authorities would have checked the AMENDMENT box on page 1.

Considering that at this point, "Soebarkah" had only been in Indonesia for one year, during which time he had attended a CATHOLIC SCHOOL, and considering that three years later he willingly came back to Hawaii, and considering that very few 7-year-olds talk like that even in Pakistan, and especially over 40 years ago, this imaginary scenario is not plausible.

No, LJ responded to your moronic post, it was not a personal attack.

So, what was your last screen name?

You made the claim you had one now back it up or forever lose any credibility here.

Even the mods frown on posters like you who make the previous screen name claim then refuse to back it up.

Waiting......

@ mojitojoe; little jeremiah; Aurorales ; redsteel, check out who the noob is pinging for help!

Although my previous alias is immaterial, it will be provided to any mod or administrator who requests it via FReemail

Not a ping for help, actually it’s a not so veiled attempt to organize a ping list to counter the Birther ridiculousness.
