This comment from the Post and Email sums up what i believe...Frank Marshall Davis is Obama's father, having bedded the young Ann Dunham, his communist buddy's daughter. As we know from O himself in his book, FMD was a frequent guest discussing politics and smoking dope with grandpa.

After Ann and the pawn Obama Sr ( a useful decoy who does not look a microdot like Obama Jr ) were divorced, she married Lolo Soetoro (LS as referred to below) who adopted O, thus making him an indonesian citizen...doubtful anyone bothered to get paperwork re-establishing O as a US citizen. So this is reason why the wonky SS# and other paperwork has all been conjured.

Here’s my take after following since June 2008. (This is not an original thesis of mine.) BOjr is a NBC by SAD and FMD. BOsr is a stooge to hide the real father’s infidelity and pedophilia, along with MPD and SD knowledge of the abuse of their daughter. LS comes in to sweep up the mess, as duty calls. They all went along with it ( and could get away with it) because each in some real way is connected to the “gas” company, the same one that funded the Dunham’s move to Hawai’i, Anne’s globe tripping and little Barry’s early education through real estate held under alias.

We’re stuck with a 50 year old lie that has been doctored, bandaged, clipped, and falsified, and more recently scrubbed, snubbed, and whacked because the company still needs the information it is charged to gather centralized.

But I don’t think there is a “myth.” That’s the point. I don’t buy into the whole Birther Mythos. I have been more than willing to investigate the allegations. For example, When I read that his sister had a fake Hawaiian COLB, I tried to run down the source. Dead end. Urban myth.

Same with the social security numbers. Again, dead end. I read thru the list and it was obvious that the Scotland Yard level PI was nuts. No tie to Obama on any of that. Simply ludicrous. Yet, that was an area that deserved some extra work. Some of those people should have been contacted, and if not related to the issue, 39 should have become 28, then 16, then 5, then....See what I mean?

It would have been perfectly fine, if there had been only one or two ssns that were definitely linked to Obama, assuming any were. That would have been in the area of evidence. Better to have 1 or 2 real hits, than 39, or 260 whatever “alleged” ones.

I could go on. Each time the birthers come out with something new, I try to see if there is any merit. I have yet to find one single solitary piece of good evidence to support the claim he was born in Kenya. I would be happy if there was. But nada. And, when a person shows you his COLB, and there are birth announcements from 1961, there is pretty good reason to rely on that.

Now tell a birther they haven’t made the grade..and what is the response. Look back at this thread. Attack. Attack. Attack. That kind of name-calling crap further indicates to me, that there is no foundation for the birther claims. If you have a good claim, you don’t need to do that. Period.

And, when I suggest, over and over again, that Birthers need to put their “evidence” into an intelligent readable understandable format, what happens? I am trying to “steal” their evidence. Laughable. Downright laughable.

Look back some. I have given formats on how to present the allegations. The dog tag thing. Right now, there is a claim that the birth certificate numbers are out of whack. Know what? I can’t make heads or tails of that allegation. And I am used to weeding thru some pretty big piles of sh*t. But I can not fathom what the basis of the allegation is, how it was determined, and the significance. If the allegation was valid, no one could follow the line of reasoning, because there doesn’t appear to be one. So, have the birthers cleaned that up? Oh heck no. Too lazy and too busy calling people names who don’t agree with them. And looking for other conspiracies.

Let’s take the “Obot Conspiracy”. As Chief “Obot”, I personally know there isn’t one that I am connected with. More likely, IMHO, if there was a conspiracy, it would take the form of Obots pretending to be Birthers. That’s the sensible thing to do. Join the enemy, pretend to be one of him, and lead the movement to folly and eventual destruction.

I swear I believe that one leading birther on this site is straight from DU. From the name, to the types of posts, he/she/it reeks of DU. They come here, post stupid stupid stuff and I see little freeper birthers trailing off after it, wide-eyed, and bushy tailed.

And isn’t that the way moles really work? What good would it do for moles to come on FR to dissuade Birthers? If Obama wanted this to end, he wouldn’t have to go to that length. He’d simply cough up a registered COLB or the long form and that would take any reasonable birther out the movement.

But, politically, why would he want to do that? Birthers aren’t hurting him yet. They didn’t vote for him anyway. Closer to an election—maybe. In the meantime the dumber and farther out there, and more bizarre the Birther movement goes, the BETTER for him. That’s how you use moles. To take you to dizzying heights of craziness. ways that he can disprove at the drop of a hat. He’s giving you guys the rope to hang yourself with. And you are busy wrapping it around your little necks...

Obot moles are IN your movement, not outside of it. Wake up.

I'm afraid I'm not aware of a secret cabal attacking Free Republic. My frame of reference is this thread. On this thread there has been one person who has tried to interject logic and legal basis to the discussion. He has not received one rational argument in reply. Instead, there has been a 'cabal' of people screaming about him being a troll, a paid operative, a liar, a homosexual and a hundred other things. They ping each other and feverishly search his posting history for proof of his lack of allegiance to their cause.

No one has yet given a reasoned response to anything he has asked. They scream "TROLL!" with such fervor that I imagine they must be leaving spittle flecks on their monitors. Then they fantasize about his personal life and comment to each other about their fantasies. It is groupthink. It is a monolith of self perpetuating conspiracy. They ignore any comments that do not fit their preconceived 'facts'.

If you are looking for a cabal I've found one. The cabal is not the ones asking questions. It is those who absolutely refuse to allow any questions or disagreement.

If you do not frequent these threads as you say then you have no reference point, we that do are quite familiar with percy as well as the others who show up and do what they do.

Many who are familiar with him know there is no recourse with him other than ridicule as there is no debate with him. The reason they don't give answers to him is because it is the same thing over and over, the questions have been answered a thousand times, yet he keeps asking.

At it's heart the argument that has raged for a few days now is about whether or not there is a legal case for presidential eligibility. Has Free Republic tipped so far that no one is allowed to even question whether or not Obama's eligibility is a winning fight? No one is allowed to think maybe the case is a loser? Constitutional law and representative republic be damned?

If that is the case then I expect all the Glenn Beck and Ann Coulter threads to be banned as well. I expect all mentions of Governor Palin to be stricken because she hasn't come out in full support of the birther position and publicly called for the removal of the Usurper. See how ridiculous that sounds? Now go back and look at what has happened on this thread.

According to the laws of the land a Presidential candidate has to prove his eligibility to the states to be placed on the ballot. According to the laws of the land the winner of a Presidential election has to have the election certified by Congress. The President Elect is not required to provide proof of anything to Tom, Dick or Harry unless they are elected representatives serving either as one of the Secretaries of State or Member of Congress. He is not required by any law to provide you or anyone but the people listed above anything.

He was certified eligible 51 times. Were all those people wrong? Maybe. But that is the system We the People created through our elected officials. You can change your elected officials. You can elect people who will change the system. But the President of the United States is not required to answer the questions of 300 million individual citizens.

Where is what I wrote logically or legally incorrect?

There is no proof. He was born in Kenya and is a British subject. He is an Indonesian citizen who traveled to Pakistan on a foreign passport. He's not even legally eligible to live in this blessed country.

It doesn't matter. The President's eligibility is a matter for the states before an election and congress after election. If all those elected officials failed replace them. But the average citizen has no standing to question the eligibility of a sitting president. It's too late. Get 'em next time.

He was not certified 51 times. The DNC signed a form and sent it to the secretaries of state. The secretaries of state in Cal, in the past had kept two candidates off the ballots because their birth certificates showed they were not old enough to meet the qualifications for presidents and could not run in the primaries.

The current secretary of state of Cal knew about the allegations, but she did nothing to follow-up on them and just accepted the DNC statement that he was qualified. Every one down the chain did the same, electoral college, congress, USSC.

The reason every Tom, Dick, and Harry can ask for the documents is that we have a right to an honest election of qualified candidates as state in the constitution. So far there is every reason to believe that our officials did not perform their ministerial duties.

Instead of arguing back and forth. How about acknowledging that we have a right to know that our elected officials are qualified. The best evidence of that is in their history, selective service, birth records, school and passport files. Chose a side and help us seek the truth or continue to try to undermine those who do.
