  • Vanity - NO RECESS Congress THIS YEAR...PERIOD. VOTE YAY or NAY.

    07/31/2017 6:23:57 AM PDT · by JLAGRAYFOX · 20 replies
Simple: Both Republican, Senate Leader, Mitch McConnell & Republican, House Speaker, Paul Ryan should cancel any Congressional recesses for the rest of this year, immediately. These lazy, good for nothing, non-productive, low life Senators & House members, both Democrats & Republicans are on recess far too much, living the life of rich, elite, scum & vermin...period. Bottom line...there was plenty and ample time to pass Obamacare Repeal & Replacement, Massive Tax Reform & Infrastructure Renewal, since January 3, 2017. Nothing has happened. Please vote "YAY or NAY" on this critical issue. And.....McConnell and Ryan must go.

What will be on CNN a month from now? My prediction: Trump Russia Collusion. What about in six months? The same with the usual 'Trump is bad and Un-Presidential' meme. To me this will not be news because it will not be anything new. Therefore CNN is Predictably Unwatchable IMHO.

    07/29/2017 9:00:10 AM PDT · by JLAGRAYFOX · 38 replies
Well..Priebus is gone, and now we will see if the House and Senate Republicans immediately fire both Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell. You can blame McCain, Murkowsky & Collins for the Obamcare Repeal Failure, and, yes they are all turncoats & traitors to the American People and Republican caucus, but the real culprits are Ryan & McConnell. When a Democrat leader of either the House & Senate issues an edict on how will Senators vote on issue, every Democrat falls into line. Why? That is why they have leaders. Both McConnell and Ryan are not leaders, rather, they are weak...

A quick update from three "battleground" states. Realize that after an election the secretaries of state in most states engage in purge of dead voters (i.e., Democrats---joke) or people who have moved, etc. This continues at a regular pace. So the totals in all states fall some but the trend and direction is the key. NH (from Dec. 16-Ap 17) Rs net +7,000 FL (from Dec. 16-July 17) Rs net +49,000 NM (from Dec. 16-July 17) Rs net +10,000

My good friends at Free Republic. We must force Congress to live under the same laws as all of us normal Americans. The time is now. We are not surfs. We own this country, we make it run. The Trump Presidency has given us the window we need to fix our criminal Congress. No Congressman should get lifetime anything in excess of what any U.S Soldier, Sailor, Airman, or Marine, Coast Guard earn defending this country. No special health care, No lifetime perks, no insider trading. We must show up at every event where our elected representatives and make it...

Whenever I start thinking about our country's not too distant future, I get this awful feeling in the pit of my stomach of total despair watching the evil maneuvers hatched by the democrats to try to destroy our great country. They have demonstrated for all to see that they don't care about the people of this country. Just observe what they have done to thwart anything that could help us to improve our healthcare system. They just care about their power and financial rewards. Now just contemplate the following scenario: (If I were a betting man, I would support this...

  • Vanity: Trump did not realize he needs multiple kamikaze teams in the executive branch

    07/26/2017 2:21:14 PM PDT · by ArgylEllis · 14 replies
President Trump did not realize, in the beginning, that he would need "kamikaze teams" in the executive branch. (This expression is taken from Yegor Gaidar, Russia's prime minister from June through December 1992, who afterwards said his was a "kamikaze team" to implement as much free-market reform as possible before inevitably being thrown out.) Also one can think of Mikheil Saakashvili, the former Georgian prime minister, who in 2000-01 was first the well-regarded and very successful justice minister, who reform corrupt police system. He said later, "After six waves of reform, the cops finally stopping pulling you over on the...

Who sent out the "loyal supporter" memo? It's like an army of, douchey wind-up cacklers was set upon us. Please stop. Someone tell me what kind of "loyal supporter" Attorney General wakes up one day and recuses himself from the most high profile witch hunt in history - without even the courtesy of a SIMPLE PHONE CALL. I didn't know "Loyal Supporters" ™ made a practice of surprising their bosses in such a way. "But Jeff was there in the beginning." Yes - for himself. In his very pro-Trump constituency, he risked NOTHING and gained everything by backing Trump. We...

Just listened to a segment on a local radio show this morning with that pinhead NeverTrumper Lt. Col. Ralph Peters. This putz was actually trying to defend the NYT, WaPo and CNN claiming that they are doing a good service for the American public through their investigative reporting. He should go clean McCain's colostomy bag.

PARASITES IN US HEALTH CARE In early May my wife and I returned from a short vacation in Peru. Two weeks later I came down with severe diarrhea that has now continued unabated for six weeks. The cause has been identified as a parasite—Blastasytis Species. This parasite is believed to be present in 23% of the American population and 100% of people in “less developed countries” (Wikipedia). Albendazole is the first line of treatment for this infection. Albendazole tablets are sold throughout the world (outside of the US) for 1 penny to six cents each and are usually available as...

I was shocked by what I saw on CSPAN a few days ago. There was a session in the House composed of a small group of both Republicans and Democrats debating whether a small town in Alaska should get money for an eleven mile road to connect up to civilization. The Alaskans were Republicans and the Democrats consisted of Niki Tsongas (Massachusetts), Grijalva (Arizona) and a couple more Democrats from other states. The Alaskans asked for the road so that people could get to an airport to access a hospital. Niki Tsongas said no because it would harm the environment...

I posted this thread twice, and both times it got deleted. The Sidebar Moderator told me after the first time that it was deleted because of profanities. I tried to sanitize it, but it got yanked again. He or she has been very nice and I expressed my appreciation for the work the Sidebar Moderators do. Don't know if this thread will survive the person who has a bug up his or her butt, but I would like to know why it is offensive when I see so many other threads and posts that are at least, if not more...

John McCain, after making a statement proclaiming publicly, that he will return to the Senate to remain with his friends and to continue to hate, envy, taunt and harass his enemies, is neither sound of mind or body. This gent is now living in "Looney Tunesville" 100%, through no fault of his own (Cancer has destroyed him). McCain has already amply demonstrated for all to see, he is not the sharpest knife in the drawer. When a relative of mine who lives in Congressman Bergman's district in Michigan called his D.C. office to ask them why he was one of only 24 Republicans who voted against the amendment to stop funding for transgender surgeries in the military, a staff member for Congressman Jack Bergman, retired United States Marine Corps Lieutenant General, and the current U.S. Representative for Michigan's 1st congressional district (Northern Michigan - Bart Stupak's old seat), said that both President Trump and Bergman's friend and fellow retired Marine, Secretary of Defense James "Mad Dog" Mattis, both advised Congressman Bergman to vote against that...
