10th floor of a hotel near Shinagawa station (here through the weekend if any local Freepers want to meet up... I got no plans)and fairly certain I just felt a quake - to me maybe a 2-3...
Then again I'm tired of working and looking forward to a drink... so...
It looks like it was a 5.8 near east coast of Honshu, Japan. According to the Hong Kong Observatory (weather service).

There is a fantastic Maritime Museum about 5 minutes away from shinagawa station.
I believe the top floor is dedicated to thea rich Japanese billionaire who decades ago more or less tried to buy the Nobel Peace Prize.
He was a Class A World War 2 war criminal who lucked out and got off.
he was imprisoned with a lot of important people so he ended up making connections from his experience there.
he was awarded a monopoly on boat racing.
the museum is very good.
