Ahead of Super Tuesday, Donald Trump holds strong double-digit leads in the solidly Republican-majority states of Alabama and Oklahoma, according to the results of the latest Monmouth University polls from both states released Monday. Among likely Democratic primary voters, Hillary Clinton is head and shoulders above Bernie Sanders, but in Oklahoma, the race is within the margin of error, with Sanders holding an advantage. In Alabama, where Trump on Sunday held a rally to announce the endorsement of Sen. Jeff Sessions, the real estate magnate has the support of 42 percent of likely primary voters. In second place is Florida...

Donald Trump is poised to grow his delegate lead over the Republican field with a strong showing on Super Tuesday. The long-time GOP front-runner leads in the latest polls in eight of the 11 states that will vote on March 1, and heÂ’s the only candidate who is competitive across-the-board. Even worse for TrumpÂ’s rivals is that you must win at least 20 percent of the vote to get any delegates in the four states with the largest prizes. The latest polls show Marco Rubio, John Kasich and Ben Carson are below the threshold in all four of those states,...

Below the headline, the newspaper says: "Just days after ex-KKK leader urges haters to vote for Donald, Christie endorses him."

Speaking to crowd of thousands in Oklahoma City on Friday night, Donald Trump received huge applause while going through a list of his greatest campaign hits on his third formal visit to Oklahoma. The entrepreneur and real estate mogul turned GOP front runner reiterated his plan to build a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border and make the country of Mexico pay for the building costs. Trump doubled-down on his stance to bring back waterboarding and even said he was “fine” with “going two or three steps above it.” Trumps call to bring back “extraordinary rendition” and torture to U.S. war...

On Tuesday, the Oklahoma Supreme Court ruled in favor of upholding House Bill 2684, which restricts the use of abortion-inducing drugs. The legislation requires that doctors administer abortion-inducing drugs only while following Food and Drug Administration protocols. The bill was signed in 2014 by Governor Mary Fallin, but last year, an abortion chain sued, claiming the FDA’s rules are outdated, and an Oklahoma judge overturned the bill, claiming it was unconstitutional. The state’s highest court disagreed, finding that House Bill 2684 does not violate constitutional provisions. However, the court also strangely took a dig at abortion safety laws, saying, “We...

Kyrie Irving did not sleep tight because the team hotel did let the bed bugs bite Saturday night. "Our team said I was out with flu-like symptoms," Irving confessed to the media Monday night about his absence from Sunday's game against the Oklahoma. "It was honestly from the bed bugs from the frickin' Hilton that we stayed at." The Cavaliers stayed at the oldest hotel in Oklahoma City over the weekend ... Just imagine how freaked out you'd be if you saw friggin' five, big-ass bed bugs just sitting on your pillow," Irving told the media after Monday's loss to...

SB1142 by Senator Dahm will be heard in the Senate Tourism and Wildlife Committee this week. SB1142 is an OK2A requested bill that mirrors HB2859, which would restrict Game Wardens from entering private property without a warrant or probable cause. We have already discussed some of the misinformation about the issue last week (click here to read more). Those opposed to the bill have tried to make the discussion about poaching. This bill will not keep Game Wardens from catching poachers. They've tried to play the class warfare card. Never mind the fact this will apply to far more middle...

Republican State Representative Randy Grau, at the request of the District Attorney's Council, has authored a bill that would greatly weaken Oklahoma's "Stand Your Ground" law. Currently, when a judge rules that the protections of the Stand Your Ground law apply in a case, the prosecutors cannot appeal that ruling. Rep. Grau's bill, HB2521, would allow prosecutors to appeal that ruling. After heated opposition from Rep. Kevin Calvey (the original author of the Stand Your Ground law) and OK2A-Action during last week's Judiciary Committee meeting, Rep. Grau laid the bill over in order to keep it from being voted down....

A U.S. Army reservist from Tulsa asked to leave a gun range in eastern Oklahoma after identifying himself as a Muslim sued the owners Wednesday, the latest in a series of cases across the nation alleging anti-Islamic discrimination. The lawsuit on behalf of 29-year-old Raja'ee Fatihah, an employee with the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, was filed in U.S. District Court in Muskogee against the owners of Save Yourself Survival and Tactical Gun Range in the small town of Oktaha. A sign posted on the business declared the range a "Muslim-free" establishment, and is similar to signs that have been...

Conventional wisdom among many of my peers in the "pro-Israel" community is that Rubio & Cruz are indistinguishable as it relates to support for Israel, and on Foreign Policy as a whole. Is that indeed true?...

Just received a phone call from the Donald Trump Campaign asking if I would be voting for Mr. Trump in the Republican primary. (Oklahoma) I said I went to see him at the OKC fair grounds last September, but after the past few months I've decided that under no circumstances would I ever vote for "Trumpy." Young man was very nice and said thank you, have a nice evening.
