Kyrie Irving did not sleep tight because the team hotel did let the bed bugs bite Saturday night.
"Our team said I was out with flu-like symptoms," Irving confessed to the media Monday night about his absence from Sunday's game against the Oklahoma. "It was honestly from the bed bugs from the frickin' Hilton that we stayed at."

This bedbug epidemic has slowed down my traveling. It really skeeves me out. I don’t want to carry the things home.
So, they have illegals working as maids. What else is new?
Probably half the world is infested with bedbugs, fleas and other bugs and critters to the point where they are just not an issue any more. We don’t know how good we’ve got it.
Avoid Hiltons.
My aunt, who lived in a senior centered apartment, wound up with bedbugs. They came in from the apartment next door. Took months to get rid of them. She was 82 at the time and they almost drove her crazy. She actually never recovered all the way from the trauma.
They sprayed, got rid of most of her furniture and stuff, and what was left was ran through a dryer for 30-40 minutes, over and over again.
Avoid hotels.
Dumb question, but can they transmit disease from one host to another? I’ve never had to deal with them so I feel blessed, but I’m just curious.
can you tell if you have bedbugs?....do you see them?...I can’t say I even would recognize one...
