A U.S. Army reservist from Tulsa asked to leave a gun range in eastern Oklahoma after identifying himself as a Muslim sued the owners Wednesday, the latest in a series of cases across the nation alleging anti-Islamic discrimination.
The lawsuit on behalf of 29-year-old Raja'ee Fatihah, an employee with the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, was filed in U.S. District Court in Muskogee against the owners of Save Yourself Survival and Tactical Gun Range in the small town of Oktaha.
A sign posted on the business declared the range a "Muslim-free" establishment, and is similar to signs that have been placed at businesses in Florida, Arkansas, Kentucky and New York, said Brady Henderson, legal director for the Oklahoma chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union, which filed the suit. ...

Of course he did. I bet they have a special CAIR unit that looks for these types of businesses on a daily basis. Hundreds of them in each state.

I’m sure they could have accommodated him. Surely someone needed a target that day. He probably could have been raffled to the highest bidder. You know...the shooter with the largest caliber on the range that day.
Time was, in Oklahoma, the verdict would have been, “He stole more logging chain than he could swim with...”
It will be interesting to see, if the Republicans win the Presidency, that a full-scale investigation of CAIR will be undertaken by the Congress (Sen. Intelligence Committee if it still exists), FBI, CIA, DIA, and witnesses from England’s defense agencies, into what CAIR really is and the evidence to back up the charge that they are supporters of Hamas and/or Fatah (re. Holy Land Case; English research and labeling).
I would love to have all main CAIR leaders in the US subpoenaed and asked some really relevant questions about their goals, foreign contacts, funding, etc. esp. since a number of their past leaders are in jail for either being an active supporter of a specific terrorist group, or for being a fundraising/propagandist for them.
