Oklahoma Supreme Court upholds abortion drug restriction

On Tuesday, the Oklahoma Supreme Court ruled in favor of upholding House Bill 2684, which restricts the use of abortion-inducing drugs. The legislation requires that doctors administer abortion-inducing drugs only while following Food and Drug Administration protocols.

The bill was signed in 2014 by Governor Mary Fallin, but last year, an abortion chain sued, claiming the FDA’s rules are outdated, and an Oklahoma judge overturned the bill, claiming it was unconstitutional. The state’s highest court disagreed, finding that House Bill 2684 does not violate constitutional provisions. However, the court also strangely took a dig at abortion safety laws, saying, “We also must recognize that, by the States’ own evidentiary materials, more restrictions on abortions result in higher complication rates and in decreased women’s safety.”

Pro-abortion groups, including the Oklahoma Coalition for Reproductive Justice, argued that the bill put unnecessary restrictions on women seeking an abortion. But the state’s high court held that the legislation simply makes healthcare laws uniform across the state.

As Live Action News reported, the Oklahoma House of Representatives is currently considering a bill that would require public high schools in the state to teach that human life begins at conception and would also “provide[] for the distribution of abortion prevention information and assistance, such as pregnancy help information.”

Good reading. Also, if our own population can’t sustain itself and we have to import nefarious populations to take up the slack, then abortion is hurting the nation as a whole, in areas that haven’t really been talked much about such as our worker base, and tax base. That’s in addition to all of the spiritual, moral, mental, physical price tags that are inherent with the dastardly deed.

I have to admire Oklahoma’s attempts at sustaining constitutional balance and freedom for it’s people to the best of their ability.

Just remember, when pro-abortionists are screaming like raped apes over the changes abortion prevention, screaming about the war on women etc, they aren’t caring about women as much as they are caring about maintaining their blood money.

How can you know? There’s big money in abortion, AND they aren’t interested in making sure abortion facilities can handle emergencies by keeping good medical staff and equipment. They’re fighting those safety issues. THAT is the REAL war on women. Destroy the soul, destroy the mind, and take the money. If the body survives, fine, if not, so what..just ship them out the back door and be quiet about it.

Today I saw an ad in a magazine featuring the Plan-B abortifacient saying that it is now available over the counter.

Will OK ban this form of abortion?

I’d prefer the drugs continue be used “off label” ,,, provided when there is a serious complication or death that the facility and doctor using or prescribing the drugs “off label” gets sued into oblivion. The complication rate for these drugs is HUGE.
