Tony Romo will make his 2016 debut on the first day of 2017. Romo, who has missed the entire season after suffering a back injury in the preseason and then being demoted in favor of Dak Prescott, is expected to play on Sunday, January 1, against the Eagles, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. That appears to be a change in plans for the Cowboys, who had previously indicated that they wouldn’t risk an injury to Romo in a meaningless game and would turn to Mark Sanchez if they decided to give Prescott some rest in the regular season finale. The...

The Mormon Tabernacle Choir's acceptance of the invitation to sing at Donald Trump's inauguration has spawned widespread debate among the faithful and thousands of signatures on a petition demanding the decision's reversal. Now the choir's participation has even more fallout: the resignation of a female singer. "Since 'the announcement,' I have spent several sleepless nights and days in turmoil and agony. I have reflected carefully on both sides of the issue, prayed a lot, talked with family and friends, and searched my soul," Jan Chamberlin wrote in a resignation letter to the choir president and choir members. "I've tried to...

Public television and radio stations like PBS and NPR got $445 million from the government in 2012—or about 0.014 percent of the federal budget. I don't understand why the American taxpayer should subsidize any television or radio stations. $445, in my opinion, is a lot of money. A lot of money. NPR is another very liberal outlet. I say defund NPR. What say you?

I've had a nasty case of laryngitis for the past several days, so I decided to do a cover of the children's song "Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes," using my mutilated voice to provide vocals. Yeah, I'm not too clear on that chain of logic either. For a free download of "Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes" click here, click on More, and choose Download.

Taylor Swift is known for surprising fans with one-of-a-kind experiences — showing up at weddings, bridal showers, and even inviting them over for dance parties at her house. And on Monday, she continued the tradition — surprising a 96-year-old World War II veteran with a visit to his Missouri home. Cyrus Porter had made headlines for being the oldest “Swifty” — telling Ozarks First that he’s been to multiple Swift concerts, using his love for the 27-year-old singer to bring him closer to 20+ grandchildren.

With a number of loonie lefties trying desperately to find ANY straw to grasp telling them that Trump and his voters are out of touch, the latest is the notion that the new "Star Wars" film "Rogue One" somehow is a parable about the (good) Rebels fighting the evil Trump empire. Nothing could be sillier. Anyone watching the film can see instantly, Trump IS "Rogue One" and the Force put together. The "Rogue One" title comes from the mission to steal the Death Star plans. When asked what their call sign is as they leave Yavin, the nervous pilot says,...

Celebrities in Hollywood were ready to celebrate Donald Trump's defeat in the November election, right up until he pulled off a shocking victory against Hillary Clinton. As a result, Hollywood has stopped celebrating, and instead has taken to issuing dire warnings about Trump's impending presidency. For many, it has meant a blue and somber Christmas season.

As the clock strikes three, the low notes of the organ rumble softly round the chapel. The last of the winter sunshine catches the greens, golds and deep reds of the stained glass windows, while the half-light of 1,000 candles illuminates the glorious fan-vaulted ceiling. The building is packed, as it is every Christmas Eve — and yet an expectant hush has descended. Only the microphones hanging low above the pews bear witness to the millions across the world who also listen and wait.
