Politicians in California value the lives of illegal immigrants, drug dealers, criminals and gang members above those of hard-working taxpayers. No wonder the middle class is leaving the state in droves. Sadly, California is choking on its own insanity. I know there are some good people in California! Make your case and vote them out. It’s not that hard. Liberals opening our doors to criminals are “chumming” for votes while taking all innocent citizens down the toilet with them. The sanctuary cities are a disgrace to the country! The full force of the DOJ should come down on them and...

"When the president does it, that means it's not illegal." — President Richard Nixon Early in the residency of Barack Obama, some activists pressured him to stop deporting illegals... But Obama was a smart lawyer surrounded by other smart lawyers. He even boasted that he had been a Constitutional law professor. He had actually just been a part-time and untenured instructor, but he still knew that the president had no authority to ignore the immigration laws. According to the New York Times and Washington Post, he clearly said so... at least 17 times. But then he did it anyway. ......

Colorado Considers ‘Purple Card’ As Its Own Version Of The ‘Green Card’ February 13, 2018 at 11:59 pmColorado would have it’s own version of a “green card” under legislation at the state capitol. It would be called a “purple card.” Some state lawmakers say if Congress won’t reform the immigration system, they will. Their bill would allow anyone who has paid state taxes for at least two years and hasn’t had a felony in three years to be eligible for legal status....Omar Gomez is leading the purple card movement, which he says is good for everyone. “It benefits the state...

Mexico has a radical idea for a rational immigration policy that most Americans would love. However, Mexican officials haven’t been sharing that idea with us as they press for our Congress to adopt the McCain-Kennedy immigration reform bill. That’s too bad, because Mexico, which annually deports more illegal aliens than the United States does, has much to teach us about how it handles the immigration issue. Under Mexican law, it is a felony to be an illegal alien in Mexico. At a time when the Supreme Court and many politicians seek to bring American law in line with foreign legal...

Alternate headline: A Democrat's best friend is people who aren't paying attention The deficit is soaring. Economic growth is still sluggish. Syria is a disaster. ObamaCare is imploding. The Supreme Court just informed the president that, much to his dismay, he does have to enforce the nation’s immigration laws. So how about that job the Barack Obama’s doing? What say you, America? Oh . . . OK:

Sen. Cruz Questions ICE Director Saldaña About Administration's Recurring Failure to Enforce Immigration Laws Continues battling illegal immigration in Judiciary Committee hearing Sen. Cruz Questions ICE Dir. Sarah Saldaña on Obama Administration's Immigration Policy (video) WASHINGTON, D.C. — U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) today continued to highlight the Obama Administration’s negligence in immigration law enforcement in the Senate Committee on the Judiciary hearing titled “Oversight of the Administration’s Criminal Alien Removal Policies.â€Â While questioning U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director Sarah Saldaña, Sen. Cruz said, “I recognize that politically the Administration supports amnesty for people who are here illegally. The...

You may not believe who is abusing America’s immigration laws to secure cheap labor — public schools. "The foreign teacher trafficking business has stretched from the Prince George's County, Maryland, school district (which was ordered to pay $5.9 million in back wages and penalties for H-1B abuses in 2011) to the East Baton Rouge, Louisiana, school system (which required H-1B teachers to pay a $50 interview fee, $5,000 job application fee, and a $7,500 additional fee to a recruitment agency) and beyond," Michelle Malkin and John Miano write in their new book, Sold Out: How High-Tech Billionaires and Bipartisan Beltway...

Tuesday, November 17 U.S. Senator Jeff Sessions (R from Alabama) and U.S. Senator Ted Cruz (R from Texas) issued a written statement critical of the slow response in sharing information about suspected terrorist with the U.S. Congress a full three months after the Senators sent a letter to the Obama Administration on immigration and terrorism requesting more information.Senators Sessions and Cruz wrote in their joint statement: "On August 12, we sent a letter to Attorney General Loretta Lynch, Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson, and Secretary of State John Kerry, asking for specific information regarding the nexus between terrorism and...

Would a President Trump be ready to use his executive pen to stop the flood of illegal immigrants by building a fence, enforcing current immigration laws, and deporting criminal illegal aliens? We keep hearing that our current immigration system is broken and it must be overhauled to better serve the immigrants, especially the illegal ones. And in this process, it seems that immigration, whether legal or illegal, is not necessarily run in the best interest of the American people, but in the best interest of crony capitalists and the ruling elites. The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), an agency...

The push for the destruction of our current immigration laws has done nothing more than create a bone of contention and division within the American people on Immigration reform Back in 2007, while President Obama was busy campaigning to become the first black president of the United States, the majority of Americans were fully in support of immigration reform, and a path to citizenship for illegal immigrants. Flash forward to 2015 and you will see unbelievable levels of contempt and refusal to accept anything less than mass deportation of all illegals. Why? When President Obama took the oath of office...

I can't believe that so many folks here are missing the BIG PICTURE concerning Donald Trump declaring that the Kentucky county clerk must obey the law on gay marriage. You want to know what the BIG PICTURE IS? Okay here it is: Right now MANY sanctuary cities are disobeying the immigration laws. By now claiming that the Kentucky clerk must obey the law, Trump now has the moral authority to later (or even now) claim that the sanctuary cities MUST obey the immigration laws. Oh, the officials in those cities refuse to obey the law? Good! Then they can join...

Senator Jeff Sessions will release this statement in response to Senate's vote to advance the fast-track trade bill: Americans increasingly believe that their country isn’t serving its own citizens. They need look no further than a bipartisan vote of Congress that will transfer congressional power to the Executive Branch and, in turn, to a transnational Pacific Union and the global interests who will help write its rules. The same routine plays out over and again. We are told a massive bill must be passed, all the business lobbyists and leaders tell how grand it will be, but that it must...

They are going there to get subsidized Section 8 housing vouchers to take to another state. Refugee resettlement is a euphemism for importing whole Muslim communities, importing jihad. I have long documented the targeting of gateway cities (smaller cities) overwhelmed with Muslim refugee immigration from countries like Somalia — cities like Emporia, Kansas, Nashville, Greeley and Fort Morgan, Colorado, Lewiston, Maine et al. The over-saturation and drain on city resources has driven these immigrants northward to settle in Wyoming, according to these reports. Organizations like Lutheran Family Services profit enormously from the Federal government handling these refugees. The sharia compliant...

The Obama administration is cooking the books to make it look like they are enforcing immigration laws, when in reality they are enacting amnesty through inaction… Worksite enforcement has dropped 70%, making it easier for illegal immigrants to live and work in the U.S… DHS recently established a working group with the specific purpose of overruling or preventing orders of removal for illegal immigrants. Obama speaking (to LaRaza Hispanics) voters, deportation numbers are ‘deceptive.’… We could free up millions of jobs for citizens and legal immigrants if we enforced our immigration laws.

Nearly 12,000 registered voters in Colorado are listed as non-U.S. citizens, the secretary of state's office says. Gubernatorial candidate Tom Tancredo of the American Constitution Party has long campaigned for tougher immigration laws and enforcement. He said he was stunned by the non-citizen listings. "I want to know why they are not required to fill in the box. That in itself should be a felony," Tancredo said. State Rep. Kent Lambert, a Republican from Colorado Springs, said he and other Republicans have tried to change state law to require proof of citizenship -- which has been ruled legal by the...

A federal judge is preventing a New York town from enforcing its “unconstitutional” law prohibiting illegal immigrant day laborers from seeking work on public property and people from hiring them. Oyster Bay, a Long Island town of about 300,000 residents, passed the public safety measure last fall because day laborers—and those who hire them—were creating dangerous traffic situations in the municipality’s main roads. The ordinance prohibits pedestrians from soliciting employment and bars drivers from stopping to hire workers. This week a group of day laborers filed a lawsuit claiming that the town enacted a law with a “discriminatory community animus”...

It appears that the California Penal Code (Section 834b) includes legal status verification language that is quite similar to Arizona’s recently passed SB1070 law. Looking at the exact language of the California Penal Code in “CHAPTER 5. ARREST, BY WHOM AND HOW MADE …… 833-851.90″ under Section 834b one can find this language: “The verification process may include, but shall not be limited to, questioning the person regarding his or her date and place of birth, and entry into the United States, and demanding documentation to indicate his or her legal status.”

Incursions from the Mexican Army, Murders of American Citizens, and the Inaction of Our Government. Following Arizona Governor Jan Brewer’s signing of a controversial immigration bill, media outlets, President Barack Obama, and even the Government of Mexico all jumped in to disparage not just the law but Arizona in general. What has not made it to the debate are some of the conditions along the border that lead to action by the state legislature.
