Toronto Black Lives Matter co-founder Yusra Khogali is under fire over a Tweet she posted and deleted asking “Allah” to stop her from having to kill white people. “Plz Allah give me strength to not cuss/kill these men and white folks out here today. Plz plz plz,” Khogali tweeted on Feb. 9. News of the controversial Tweet went international earlier in the week after @Newstalk1010 host Jerry Agar began Tweeting about the racist cyber screed....

ALBANY, N.Y. (CBSNewYork/AP) — Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton announced Wednesday that she would create an Office of Immigrant Affairs if she was elected president. After receiving an endorsement from what some consider New York’s most powerful labor group, SEIU Local 1199, and and immigrants’ rights group, the former secretary of state said this office would build on what President Barack Obama has done with immigration. “I would create the first ever Office of Immigrant Affairs,” Clinton said. “It would build on the work of the Obama administration’s task force.” This comes after the New York Daily News editorial board...

The Brady Campaign to End Gun Violence has a new ad out, and it's incredibly disturbing. In the new ad, a girl portraying Alice from the beloved childhood fairy tale "Alice in Wonderland" comes across a handgun and shoots herself in the face. An actor dressed in a white rabbit costume looks on in horror for added effect. As the young girl shoots herself and creepy music plays, a narrator is heard saying, “Over one-third of all American households have a gun. Ask your neighbor: Is there a gun where they play? Asking saves kids.”

* From 1912 to 1988, and since 2004, Colorado used the current system for delegate selection, with no preference vote binding. * Even in 1992, 1996, and 2004 delegates were bound by vote, but were free to vote conscience on second ballot.* In 2012, Santorum won the non-binding straw poll but Romney received more delegates at conventions.* A 2012 rules change at the RNC required any state that held a straw poll to bind their delegates, Colorado chose not to hold the straw poll, to enhance grass-roots participation. If you’ve been on the internet this morning, you’ve seen the scathing...

Everyone has already voiced their astonishment regarding the complete disenfranchisement of approximately 1,000,000 registered Republican voters in the State of Colorado. It is clear that the Colorado Republican Party has no interest in the voice of their constituents. The CO Republican Party rules for the delegation selection process and delegates are outlined at the source below. http://www.thegreenpapers.com/P16/CO-R As you have seen, the GOP is extremely proud of their achievement to privatize the selection of a presidential candidate for Colorado. They have published the list of Colorado delegates in The Denver Post and other sources. Many of you may have friends...

It’s hard to even comprehend college students such as these Portland State University students can get even MORE stupid but they sure do try hard. From Campus Reform: “ Students at Portland State University (PSU) shut down a Board of Trustees meeting with accusations that the school perpetuates a “corrupt decadent white-supremacist capitalist patriarchy hetero-patriarchy.” [emphasis added] Wait… what in the hell does that even mean??????????? Do you think the ignorant protester even knows? Campus Reform continues: “ More than 100 protesters gathered to prevent the approval of a four-percent tuition hike while demanding a $15 minimum wage for all...

Donald Trump is blasting a "corrupt" election system for complicating his path to the Republican nomination. Trump tells a crowd of thousands of enthusiastic supporters gathered in a frigid airport hangar in Rochester, New York on Sunday afternoon that "it's not right" that the person who wins the most votes may not be the nominee. He says he's doing fine, but if he's denied the nomination, "you're going to have a big problem, folks." While Trump has won more states than any of his Republican rivals, it's possible that he won't secure the 1,237 delegates needed to win the nomination...

Glenn Beck appeared on NBC’s “Meet the Press” with Chuck Todd Sunday morning to discuss the possibility of an open Republican presidential convention. Todd began by noting that an open convention would deny the Republican nomination to both front-runner Donald Trump and Ted Cruz, whom Beck has openly endorsed. “We’ve heard it from many people that are Cruz supporters and … Trump supporters over the airwaves, who are concerned that somehow the party establishment may deny both of them,” Todd said. He asked Beck how conservatives would respond to such an outcome. “I think it would be the end of...

Even before the devastating effects of a thorough beating in New York’s Republican primary crash down on Ted Cruz, his fortunes are waning in California. Not only is he now trailing by 7 points (39/32) after moving up to a statistical tie with Donald Trump, then fading; but the level of enthusiasm among Cruz supporters is falling rapidly. A Field Poll conducted in California during January found that enthusiasm levels among Trump’s supporters was at 55%. That level has improved to 58% today. While that might not sound impressive when compared to the number among Cruz supporters which is currently...

PORTLAND, Ore. – A meeting to organize a Students for Trump group turned ugly at Portland State University Thursday when dozens of social justice activist students shut down the event with violence. A video posted to YouTube Friday shows the leftist anti-capitalist students toting signs like “Red Power” and Mexican flags to the planned meeting to form a Portland State Students for Donald Trump club on campus. Other signs read “Hate has no place at PSU,” “Dump Trump!” and “You want to deport immigrants? Okay, when do you leave?” (VIDEO-AT-LINK) “I want to discuss the fact that you had set...

Dear Readers, I had the opportunity to listen to Ted Cruz yesterday. As a Christian voter and lifelong Upstate New Yorker I value the things he had to say. He was a breath of fresh air to our area! A welcome contrast to the typical pompous, political windbags like, Gov. Cuomo, Kirsten Gillibrand, Chuck Schumer, Paul Tonko- and the Times Union Newspaper- (which absolutely stumps for all of them on a regular basis). I love New York… I was born and raised here. All my relatives are from here, and post active-duty military service, my husband and I returned to...

Commentator Jamie Dech predicted that President Barack Obama might try to leverage his “political and media infrastructure” to usurp the presidential election by either inserting himself as a candidate or using martial law to automatically extend his presidency by four more years. “I believe, depending on Republican race results and possible agitation in the aftermath, it’s possible Obama could try for a ‘third term,’” he wrote Tuesday for Eagle Rising. “I don’t think he wants to give up the White House next January if he can help it.” In defending this ominous theory, Dech first pointed to what Obama said...

The worst 10 days of Donald Trump’s campaign got him whooped by Ted Cruz in Wisconsin. Nevertheless, Trump’s chances of winning the Republican nomination on the first ballot are good. Trump continues to lead Cruz in states/territories won and has a 226 delegate lead. The math is foreboding for Cruz. He has 517 delegates. There are just 769 delegates to be awarded. This means Cruz must win 720 of these 769 remaining delegates to reach the required 1237 and win a first round nomination. Trump has won 743 delegates so he must win 494 of the remaining 769. This gives...

A recent blockbuster expose on the Pakistani public school system has some eye-opening news for the non-Muslim world. In the wake of the Easter bombings in Lahore, Pakistan the people of the world complained that the Pakistani government wasn’t doing enough to push back against the Muslim extremists in their country. In response, the government has promised to crack down on militant terrorism that has entrenched itself in certain corners of their country. Here’s the problem with these promises… the “extremism” isn’t just found with the radical terrorists. In Pakistan, radical Muslim “extremism” isn’t actually that extreme. In fact, it’s...

Bernie Sanders and his young supporters say, “No worries, we’re democratic socialists.” Outsiders say, “No problem, they barely know what socialism is.” Others see Sanders’s movement as a passing response to an economic downturn. All of this is largely mistaken. Modern American socialism is decidedly undemocratic; its young acolytes are far less ignorant of socialism than they appear; and contemporary socialism is more of a religious than an economic phenomenon. Distracted by the disturbing rise of Donald Trump, liberals and conservatives alike are responding far too complacently to a recrudescent socialist movement that is destined to harm our democracy. *********snip***********...

A senator-elect in UTC's 2016-2017 student government was asked to resign after she made chalk drawings in support of presidential candidacy of Donald Trump. The move follows a similar kerfuffle at Emory University that began a national debate over increasing U.S. student demands for "safe spaces" at the expense of free political expression. A group that calls itself Empower UTC released a statement on Twitter saying that it had asked for Hailey Puckett's resignation because "we realize that her values do not line up with the pillars we've established ourselves on." Photos and videos on Twitter showed a group of...

Hillary Clinton likely never expected to have to fight so hard just to win this year’s primary. What was supposed to be a coronation of the presumptive nominee has now become a bitter battle just to hold on to the nomination that she once had in the bag. If that weren’t enough for Clinton, it now looks as if she may need to win one more battle if she’d like to get the nomination. Word from Washington D.C. has it that the FBI is now ready to indict the former Secretary of State for her unlawful possession of classified materials....

Tavis Smiley criticized the top two Republican candidates on Fox news tonight by saying they’re running “segregated campaigns.” He told Megyn Kelly that Trump simply lacks the humanity, civility, and integrity to be president, and between that and his hateful remarks against minorities, he shouldn’t be president. Smiley did have some criticism for Democrats––they’re taking the black vote for granted––but also said that black people shouldn’t be expected to vote for Republicans running a “segregated campaign.” He said that Donald Trump and Ted Cruz have not engaged in minority outreach and let other groups know that their votes matter. The first Syrian Muslim migrant family to be resettled to the U.S. under its speeded-up “surge operation” departed to the United States Wednesday from the Jordanian capital, Amman. EDITOR’S NOTE: In the typical devious style of the Obama administration, a single Muslim migrant family is being showcased as being representative of the rest of the migrants who will follow after them. But nothing could be further from the truth. Mixed in with the legitimate refugees will be thousands of hardcore, Muslim jihadi terrorists. Paris, Brussels, Jacksonville… Ahmad al-Abboud, who is being resettled with his wife and five children, said that...
