In days of yore the Lie was 'No one is talking about Confiscation', but something has changed as of late. Such talk is now common amongst the national Socialist elite despite the lack of a shooting being prevalent in the media.
It is axiomatic that one does not call for confiscation until its foundational steps are in place: Intergalactic Background Checks and Registration. The reason should be clear to everyone, people need to be fooled into registering their firearms with the solemn promise that it won't lead to confiscation. This was the case in the UK for example, were the people were required to register their guns while their fears of them being taken were assuaged with promises that this would not be the case. Eyewitness history informs us that this was the case in national socialist Germany in the 1930's as well.
So why are the nation's Socialists stoking fears of Gun confiscation:

Do they not realize this will destroy any possibility of obtaining the stepping stone to confiscation –Registration?
They have called for the incremental approach before, they have dropped that LIE for the nuclear option of Confiscation.
Just what could be taking place?
Ponder these points:
1. The tried and true sequence of background checks (Intergalactic and otherwise), Registration followed by Confiscation has worked in the past because people back then didn't have the perspective of history to guide them.
2. The Sandy hook shooting was probably one the best and LAST chance for them to implement registration. Recall that Obama has just stolen.. been elected to a 2nd term and the Democratic National Socialist party was on top of the world. And they failed in this effort.
3. With this past history in mind, they are now "Petal to the Metal" in favour of Confiscation without any pretenses or falsehoods to cover it.
Is it just that the nation's Socialist have gone 'round the bend, or can we explain this Phenomena?
Allow me to Prognosticate what may be happening:
1. They think they can LIE their way out of this one.
Always a possibility, but why bother with talk of the 'C' word in the first place? They can pull in the 'something for nothing crowd'(in this case safety) with their basic tripe about the subject without the needing to fool others later on... No, that isn't the explanation..
2. Now that they've made the big mistake of admitting the obvious, they have no other choice than their current course of action. This is also a plausible reason, but they haven';t had qualms about lying in the past and this issue is certainly no exception. .. No, were this the case they would simply say that they were taken of context and don't believe you're lying eyes (or ears as the case may be) and move on without compounding the problem with more talk of the same..
3. It is a rope a dope -Get the Pro-Liberty Conservative side of the aisle to overreact and thus make them look reasonable by comparison (as if that is even possible).
This is admittedly a better rationale, but its possible benefits don't counterbalance the danger in admitting to their end game.
4. Desperation - The nation's leftists are realizing their chances for implementing Socialism and Confiscation are slipping away and they are acting out in desperation. What this may yield them is very hard to discern, but these circumstances breed recklessness.
Perhaps they think that this Confiscation talk will intimidate (the opposite to 4.) the Pro-Liberty side and get us to compromise on Intergalactic Background Checks.
Perhaps they think that they can confiscate our guns without the ruse of registration.
I just don't know at this point.
5. They want to lose. Let me repeat that: They want to lose.
Before you adjudicate me daft, let me defend my prognostication by first explaining how they want to lose first before addressing the question of Why.
The 'How' is simple - bring up the death Nell for any campaign out side the national socialist elite circles. Hilary is doing this with an ad for Gun Control along with the afore mentioned Confiscation talk.
Now, the Why is a little more tricky...Which brings us back to the beginning.... And thus the reason for writing this...
So what do you think people?
Are explanations 4 and 5 plausible or is there any other rationale for what the leftist national Socialist American Workers' party is doing these day?

It would seem like there is no other explanation than they want to create a crisis to hold onto power.

But sometimes a cigar really is the cigar it looks like and sometimes the guy with the sammich board and wild sounding proclamations is the guy with the right answer.

It could be that they are way out of touch - witness their wonderment at the polls being dead wrong in some recent elections.
They could be falling for their own BS, and they think that Confiscation is somehow inevitable.
