In all candor.. I lost myself in that last part because I cannot discern Just why they are doing this, unless as someone suggested, they already have the election in the bag.
But I will try to summarize my conclusions.
That is how they got control of almost every government agency, the schools, and even corporate policy. That is how they managed to destroy moral values.
Wake up! Conservatives are losing the cultural wars because liberals have plans on which they follow through. Conservatives fight back with angry blogging.

That could be a reason, but in this case it blows up the reason anyone would cooperate with any kind of registration scam.
Although I’m reticent to use the term ‘Everybody knows’, that is the characterization I would apply to the fact that with each and every mass shooting in a “Gun Free” zone, the nation’s Socialists always come back for another bite of the cake....

Manufacturing a crises was tried in Poland in 1989 and failed. The same in East Germany, Romania and Czechoslavakia. Ditto in Russia back in 1989.
The most recent example we have of a manufactured crisis was Qaddhafi in the Libyan civil war in 2011. He ordered his army to shoot Libyans and 75% of the army deserted. Qaddhafi ended up raped and shot dead on the hood of an SUV.
IMO, we’re entering a new new world order that will destroy he old new world order.
If they want to lose then it’s because they know they have made things so bad that no matter what the next guy/gal does it will be too late and the media will do 2-4 years of blame on the newbies to get power back in an even further lurch that will send us down the bunny path.
I don’t doubt they are isolated (just like the GOPE) in their thoughts - ‘out amongst the english’ ain’t them....they’re holed up in DC and 2-3 major cities and the colleges/universities. I just don’t think that’s why they are coming out proclaiming this now. They’ve never done that before. So I think unfortunately it’s the fact they know things are “that bad”. Which would explain why even some media types like Ted K (?) I was reading yesterday are starting to talk about prepping for bad things.
Mit stink. Might be cliche. Granted. But they do it repeatedly.
Cloward Piven and Alinksy. Their INTENT is to foment civil disputes by un-legislated bureaucratic action (ie. regulatory confiscation or exec. order registration and transaction recordkeeping for private sales).
The ramping up of civil disturbances and revolt then creates the need for the federalized police state without due process or jurisdiction. Clamor from the great masses of the duped and dopiers... the TV generation and the iphone “lemmings”.
They have no idea the response they are going to and are now getting. But, it could still happened when we are governed by judges and not by the consent of ourselves. Key element to this— will there be enough of the “converted” power loving police to accomplish this? Answer: No. Without going into strategic and tactical realities of trying to imprison or shoot everyone.
Remember— the goal of the bolshies was to create enough laws that EVERYONE is breaking the law and subject to... punishment and subjugation.
Why? Because they can’t hide their obvious intentions anymore and they can’t restrain their enthusiasm for this non-starter.
We gotta watch how it unfolds in Europe. If the Bundestag is burned to the ground or Merkel is hanged from a lamppost, then the leftists need to say “Oops!” it ain’t working no more.
We are entering the age of 21st century asymmetrical warfare, IMO, and the tactics of Lenin and Alinsky may be passe. Let us watch and see.
My rationale for postulating that reasoning on that is that their intent is to ultimately destroy the country, and the means by which they bring that about doesn’t matter to them.
That is a distinct possibility.
They foment civil unrest by directly going after the people’s rights and any push back will be the people’s fault and not them.
There always seems to be a dichotomy between the elitists and the duped.
1. They think they can LIE their way out of this one
2. Now that they’ve made the big mistake of admitting the obvious, they have no other choice than their current course of action.
3. It is a rope a dope
4. Desperation
5. They want to lose.
I fully realize that item 5 makes no sense, but neither does clamoring for confiscation at this point in time.

The only conclusion I can make is that there are things going on behind the scenes that would explain some of these bizarre actions on the part of the Democratic National Socialist Party...
Or that different factions of the left have different agendas and goals.
Some may be way out of touch and they think they are still in ascendency, while others have nefarious plans for sparking a civil war or other conflicts.
That’s about the best I can do at this time with the information at hand.

Wrong. Evil prospers when good men do nothing. The Republicans spent 30 years ignoring the problem, and the last 8 years JOINING with them.
There was actually an Americas Morning News story/interview piece the other morning I heard bemoaning the fact that these records were all piled up in boxes with no funding or direction to organize and database them!
