Latinos will not make deals with blacks. They will have no reason to if they are growing and blacks are declining. Non-black Latinos that I have known have sometimes been pretty bigoted towards blacks. I don’t see a big connection between the two groups. In an area near us, a Latino gang has randomly killed a few blacks in the last couple of years. It is believed to be a push to get the blacks out and take it over.
Blacks and whites are the ones who are going to be getting closer. Despite differences, blacks and whites have a lot of American experience in common. When they finally all recognize the threat posed to the American way of life by having so many people in America who don’t know how to be American, they will find common cause. The question is how much of a difference it will make, by then.
They never end on their own. One ended in the early 20th century when the quotas were dropped to around 100,00 - 200,000 per year and stayed there until 1965.
This huge legal immigration really started under GHWB when the quotas were raised to 780,000 (or 870,000), and have since been raised to 1.2 million or more. Of course, the quotas moved up gradually from 1965 to GHWB.
This big influx of immigrants will only end when Congress and the president lower the quotas for legal immigrants, and give no amnesty to illegals.

According to Allan Hoffenblum, party registration among among Asian voters in California last year was 30% Democratic, 29% Republican. Among White voters, it was 42% Republican, 40% Democratic.
California will be a diversity Utopia at long last once whitey is finally gone! Leftists everywhere are celebrating the “progress.”

California will likely be under central Mexican government authority by then. Whether it'll secede on its own or a declining U.S. surrenders it to Mexico is anyone's guess. Either way, I can't imagine a scenario in which CA is still a part of what remains of the U.S. in 2040.

For whatever reason, the vast majority of the Americans of Japanese ancestry vote Democrats (and there are even a couple leftist Congresscritters from this grouping); the Americans whose parents/grandparents came from Vietnam trend towards the Republicans (although the younger generation seems to be going to the 'dark side'). I think the Americans of Filipino Ancestry are 50-50 (the majority I know are Republicans -- but I tend to avoid leftist circles - so I think the mix is more 50-50). I think a strong majority of the Americans of Korean ancestry are Republicans. And I don't have a clue about the Americans whose ancestors came from China. Most of the ones I know trend left ... but I still would think that their natural home would be conservative.
The scenario might well be that all the illegal and legal Mexican immigrants to California aren't fools, and they will not want to again live under the corrupt Mexican government and the failed Mexican economy.
Even though current trends will diminish California more and more, it will still be preferable to Mexico for many decades to come.

Black and white Americans are both usually of Christian background, whether or not they are practicing.
Both are usually born and raised in the US.
Both have served in the U.S. military together.
Both like a lot of the same music. (Suburban white kids spend a lot of money on black rap and hip/hop. They do not buy much banda and tejano.)
Both like a lot of the same American food.
Both have been in public school together (although how much time they spent fraternizing may not have been much.)
Both understand American English (some choose not to speak it.)
I’m not saying there is a perfect connection. There are obvious big differences and separate communities. There are also a growing number of mixed marriages and mixed communities. Our family reunion, for example, is a lot more colorful than it was 25 years ago.
I’m saying, comparatively, the black/white connection is closer than people think. And the black/latino connection is more distant.
It would be an interesting study.
The war against white people continues.
I lived in California in the second half of the 1970’s, all of the 1980’s and part of the early 1990’s.
It was paradise on Earth back then.
Perhaps millions of whites should move there from the other 49 states and take back California!

There are all kinda ways to present data, but I thought the following breakdown was interesting.
Voter registration in California among BLACK voters is 83% Democrat.
Voter registration in California among LATINO voters is 57% Democratic.
Voter registration in California among WHITE voters is 40% Democrat.
Voter registration in California among ASIAN voters is 30% Democrat.
It has been my experience that Mexicans are more inclined to be in combat arms (ie infantry etc) billets than blacks.
Just my two cents.
