That actually is an interesting way of looking at it. I just took the numbers for the Americans from Asia contingent as ~50-50 Republican/Democrat -- but you're right, the Asian contingent has a fairly large number of 'independents' (a.k.a., 'don't ask don't tell')...
I have no idea what is going to get the Americans with black skin, off of the Democrat plantation. Most of the Democrat social policies (Abortion on demand; homosexual 'marriages'; no school choice; general defaming of God) should be anathema to this segment of America -- but they still keep coming back to the same poisoned well during every election...
Anchor babies should be illegal also.

Think about what you just wrote.
Let’s suppose the state with the largest number of electoral votes, which just also happened to be a state that will never again cast those votes for a conservative or Republican candidate, was no longer part of the other 49 states.
Let’s supposed that California split off from the United States and re-affiliated itself with Mexico.
Would the remaining U.S.A. suddenly become more liberal — or more conservative?
Would the House and Senate without California’s delegation be a Congress more liberal, or more conservative?
In a presidential election, would there be an “electoral vote tip” towards the liberal side, or more towards the conservative side?
Would the loss of California be bad for the nation... or....?
Having said that, it’s becoming pretty obvious that it’s over for the Gringos in the golden state.

You need to think a little harder. There is an all out war on the middle-class. The elites from both parties want to destroy the middle-class. Bush was a big supporter of illegal immigration as much as is Obama. His goal was cheap labor. The goal is to reestablish serfdom and a political/financial aristocracy. It's the way gangs work.

So, I’ll clarify my statement.....
Millions of CONSERVATIVES should move to California from the other 49 states and vote as a bloc to counter the lefties.
The problem is so-called conservatives for the most part are chicken, and run at the first sign of trouble....Where ever they ran, they'll run again...
Those that give up the best to settle for less, get what they deserve....Sweltering heat, brutal humidity, bugs the size of sparrows, ice, ice storms, damaging hail, floods, tornadoes, hurricanes....living in an ice box 5 months of the year....
They made their beds.....They scare easy and are no good to anyone.
