I'd never seen this couple before, they're quite fun, and luckily there are closed captions available, just in case those are needed. The other vid is a different source.

Failures in roads like that are due to lack of maintenance. Yes, we can build roads can last much longer, but there are more important uses for your tax dollars. Like gender studies.
