Paul Sperry @paulsperry BREAKING: Judicial Watch Sues Defense Department for Details of Alleged Conversation between CIA Employees Seeking to ‘Get Rid’ of then-President Trump
-
Another insane opinion piece from the NY Times: Impeachment is a constitutional procedure that should be reserved only for extraordinary times with the most extreme examples of abuse of power by a president. That is why, in our country’s history, only two presidents have been impeached. But this is one of those times. The evidence of wrongdoing by President Trump is overwhelming. The impeachment inquiry has been conducted so far in a sober, responsible way. As Wednesday’s hearing made clear, the witnesses are credible and clear, and the story they tell is alarming. All members of Congress are now compelled...

The alleged gunman who shot Rep. Steve Scalise and others Wednesday made a negative post about the representative on his personal Facebook page in January 2015. James T. Hodgkinson, the man believed to be the gunman at a baseball field in Alexandria, Va., Wednesday morning, posted to his personal Facebook page on Jan. 8, 2015 that “here’s a Republican that should Lose His Job, but they Gave Him a Raise.”
-
EXCERPT: Two days ago, Hodgkinson posted an angry tweet about President Donald Trump on Facebook. “I Want to Say Mr. President, for being an ass hole you are Truly the Biggest Ass Hole We Have Ever Had in the Oval Office,” he wrote on Facebook. (...)

In a 14-page opinion and ruling today [SEE pdf HERE] four judges from the DC Circuit Court of Appeals deconstruct the previous ruling from their own court as well as the DC judge beneath them that gave Special Counsel Jack Smith access to President Trump Twitter account data and then enforced a non-disclosure order. There are multiple layers to this story, but the substantive part is the scheme and the construct of how the Lawfare took place. There’s no way this was coincidental; I’ll explain why. First, there are only 7 members on the full DC Circuit Court of Appeals....

(...) ♦ SUMMARY: Mary McCord submitted the original false FISA application to the court using the demonstrably false Dossier. Mary McCord participated in the framing of Michael Flynn. Mary McCord worked with ICIG Michael Atkinson to create a fraudulent whistleblower complaint against President Trump; and Mary McCord used that manipulated complaint to assemble articles of impeachment on behalf of the joint House Intel and Judiciary Committee. Mary McCord then took up a defensive position inside the FISA court to protect the DOJ and FBI from sunlight upon all the aforementioned corrupt activity. You can clearly see how Mary McCord would...

NBC published an extensive article outlining how the DC administrative state is responding to the potential for another President Trump victory [SEE HERE]. Once again, a very specific name surfaces who is part of the organizational effort to stop Donald Trump. {EMPHASIS mine} (NBC) – […] Now, bracing for Trump’s potential return, a loose-knit network of public interest groups and lawmakers is quietly devising plans to try to foil any efforts to expand presidential power, which could include pressuring the military to cater to his political needs. Those taking part in the effort told NBC News they are studying Trump’s...

Biden claims that he cares about the religious rights of “all” people -- when he clearly means only “all Muslims.” On May 16, President Biden issued a brief video ostensibly dedicated to expressing his support for the religious freedom of “all” people (though in reality dedicated to only one religious group): All people should be able to practice their faith with dignity, without fear of harassment or violence. We will defend the right of all, as we stand with you. That’s why I ended this shameful Muslim travel ban. And that’s why this administration will speak out for religious freedom...

The prosecutor hired to go after Donald Trump by his alleged District Attorney lover Fani Willis had two meetings with the Biden White House during his investigation, according to court documents reviewed by DailyMail.com. The meetings and calls, which came ahead of Willis’ charges filed against Trump, brings into question repeated denials by the White House that it had any coordination with the Fulton DA’s prosecution. The Fulton County, Georgia DA hired Atlanta attorney Nathan Wade as an ‘anti-corruption special prosecutor’ to investigate Trump’s alleged election interference.

Rumors are swirling that the recent firings of top Italian spies were related to Obama and a plot to set up candidate and President Trump in a Hillary email scandal. Earlier this month Italian Prime Minister Conte asked for the resignations of four top intelligence officials after his call with President Donald Trump. And now another Internet Sleuth has uncovered some shocking news related to the recent removal of these top Italian intelligence ministers from their positions as top spies in the government. The story begins in January 2017 when Computer World wrote about alleged crimes committed by Italian Giulio...

Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows has decided Donald Trump is ineligible to appear on the state’s 2024 Republican primary ballot.
-
Earlier this week, the Colorado State Supreme Court determined in a 4-3 ruling that Trump is ineligible under the 14th Amendment to appear on the ballot in the state. This nonsensical ruling essentially declares that even though Trump has never been convicted of, much less tried with sedition or participating in an insurrection, he is nevertheless guilty of such. The ruling is bound to be taken up by the Supreme Court, and experts on both sides of the aisle believe it will be promptly overturned. But that doesn't change the fact that four justices in the highest court in the...

Two things challenge this idea. First, in August 2019, Former New York Fed President Bill Dudley wrote an opinion column for Bloomberg (www.bloomberg.com/view/articles/2019-08-27/the-fed-shouldn-t-enable-donald-trump) where he insisted that the Fed allow the economy to suffer to prevent then-President Trump from getting re-elected in the 2020 election.

A highly classified binder of documents related to 2016 Russian election interference disappeared from the White House during former President Donald Trump's final days in office. CNN first reported Friday on the mystery, which remains unsolved nearly three years after Trump left office. The binder contained raw intelligence the U.S. and its NATO allies collected to inform the government's assessment that Russian President Vladimir Putin wanted Trump to win the 2016 presidential election over Democrat Hillary Clinton.

It’s bad enough when people tweet horrible things and then later figure out they were perhaps pretty horrible and shouldn’t have been tweeted. Sure, we still make fun of them but at least they appear to have some sort of self-awareness. These old tweets from E. Jean Carroll? Yikes. So much yikes. And they’re all still up. Big thanks to Hollaria Briden for doing the dirty (literally) work and finding these tweets. Sex Tip I Learned From My Dog: When in heat, chase the male until he collapses with exhaustion . . . then jump him! — E. Jean Carroll...

Susan Rice's bizarre Inauguration Day email about that meeting helps explain the campaign of leaks, lies, and obstruction that followed. Information released in the Justice Department’s motion to dismiss the case it brought against Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn confirms the significance of a January 5, 2017, meeting at the Obama White House. It was at this meeting that Obama gave guidance to key officials who would be tasked with protecting his administration’s utilization of secretly funded Clinton campaign research, which alleged Trump was involved in a treasonous plot to collude with Russia, from being discovered or stopped by the incoming...

A whistleblower has come forward with an explosive new trove of documents, rivaling or exceeding the Twitter Files and Facebook Files in scale and importance. They describe the activities of an “anti-disinformation” group called the Cyber Threat Intelligence League, or CTIL, that officially began as the volunteer project of data scientists and defense and intelligence veterans but whose tactics over time appear to have been absorbed into multiple official projects, including those of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The CTI League documents offer the missing link answers to key questions not addressed in the Twitter Files and Facebook Files....

'Telling 2/3 of the local population' they are unwelcome is not the best business strategy.. Apparently telling two-thirds of the local population they are not welcome at your business is "not the best business decision," suggests a report at National File about the closure of the "Commie Cluck" restaurant. The report noted that Lexington, Virginia, facility actually was named The Red Hen, and it became infamous in a moment for a decision back in the day to eject from the premises then-Trump Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders and her family. Because she's Republican. ... The press secretary's family was ejected...

EXCLUSIVE: The House Ways and Means Committee is demanding answers from the Justice Department on why it charged a former IRS consultant with one count of unauthorized disclosure of taxpayer information, including information belonging to former President Trump and thousands of wealthy Americans, despite the individual admitting to two separate disclosures. The former IRS official, Charles Littlejohn, pleaded guilty last month to one count of unauthorized disclosure of tax return information. The Justice Department accused him of leaking tax information belonging to former President Trump and "thousands of the nation’s wealthiest individuals" to news outlets between 2018 and 2020. The...
