A STRING of top Hollywood A-listers have signed a petition backing Israel and condemning Hamas. Actors Arnold Schwarzenegger, Kelsey Grammer, Seth Rogen, Sylvester Stallone and Minnie Driver were among nearly 200 famous signatories urging the terror organisation to stop firing rockets into Israel and work towards peace. Director Ivan Reitman, writer Aaron Sorkin and Roseanne Barr also signed the petition, which was published in the magazines Billboard, Variety and Hollywood Reporter. The disgraced comedian, 78, learned the news inside a Norristown, Pennsylvania courtroom on Tuesday after Montgomery County prosecutors spent the morning presenting their case to the judge and laying out why they believe they have enough evidence to send the case to trial. Bill Cosby admitted to plying teens with booze and drugs before having sex with them, and to having girls regularly dispatched to him by a modeling agency, newly unearthed court papers show. It argues that her public testimony would create "an unnecessary media circus and personal security threat that serves no purpose other than to harass and embarrass her."

Police departments and leaders across the globe are taking a stand against a controversial group.
