The Toledo Lucas County Port Authority has confirmed that two people were killed when a cargo plane crashed just outside of the Toledo Express Airport early Wednesday morning. The Ohio State Highway Patrol identified the victims as Douglas R. Taylor, 72, and Donald C. Peterson Sr., 69, both of Laredo, Texas. According to crews on the scene, that plane was a Convair cargo plane flying from Millington, Tennessee which crashed on top of at least two semis at Bubba's Auto and Deisel near the airport just after 2:30 AM Wednesday morning. The four Ohio teens who pleaded guilty to dropping a sandbag off a freeway overpass that killed a 22-year-old man were given a suspended sentence and ordered to a treatment center on Friday. Authorities say charges have been filed in connection to a graffiti incident on the garage door of an Arab family in Lucas County. Sylvania Township police say Osama Nazzal, 28, of Toledo, was charged with criminal damaging in connection to the incident. On Jan. 10, the Sylvania Twp. home of Souheir Eltatawi had been spray-painted with a swastika and derogatory phrase that read, "Expletive Arabs." Nazzal is scheduled to appear in court for his arraignment on March 1, at 8:30 a.m.
